I have a faulty kettle from Daewoo with 3 year warranty. Impossible to get anyone to help resolve the issue. Not interested in customer care at all
Absolutely marvellous Raised an issue to which I got a response within 24 hours asking for details Within 4 days had replacement parts on my doorstep I am speechless Simply outstanding customer service
I have had a positive experience with Daewoo. A Daewoo electrical item I purchased became defective the second year into the warranty. I emailed Customer Services and explained the problem. In a few days a new replacement was despatched to me. It all went very smoothly and without any fuss on their part. So I was impressed and would certainly buy from them again.
Purchased a stick vacuum cleaner early January, use it twice a week. It literally snapped in half. Contacted the company by email. Two days and no reply yet. This is totally unacceptable. Not even a telephone number to call anybody. I have to wait for them to reply by email then decide what to do, meanwhile I'm left without a vacuum cleaner . Would definitely not recommend. Would definitely not be buying from then again. Waste of money, waste of time
Helpful customer service... I contacted Daewoo as I had lost a silicone foot and wished to purchase a replacement. Lovely customer service worker sent me two for free. So helpful.
I purchased a Daewoo 17L Air Fryer and took out the extended warranty. A few days ago it failed to heat, although there was power. I contacted Daewoo customer services and within a week not just the faulty part but a complete new air fryer arrived. I was delighted with the customer service which I received. Prompt, polite and helpful.
The company went above and beyond , we had and issue with the racks going a little rusty and discoloured , i contacted them in the hope of buying a new set to be told they would send a set free, i was amazed a company giving spares free the air fryer is less than 12 months old so i guess that was why but what a service .we highly recommend them
Dreadful response and lack of interest from Daewoo. I wanted to return a faulty kettle, however, Daewoo are not interested, despite the kettle still being under the manufacturers warranty. The 3 year warranty isn’t worth zilch from a company which doesn’t honour its warranties. Avoid at all costs an go elsewhere.
I bought a heater but the electric plug gets red hot. I'm very frightened to use it now.
Unfortunately cannot give 0 stars. Halogen air halogen air fryer which developed a fault within 7 months of using. Explain to customer services via email that it is terrible that a product that shows 3 years warranty on the packaging should give reassurance of quality product. To then find out that the warranty is subject to registering to extend was the final nail in the coffin. Why would that be other than to make it difficult and have a few fall through the cracks.
I was really pleased with my 1.2L Daewoo air fryer purchased in Aug 22. I was delighted to have a contact tel no with a query and was really confident about their customer service. In Dec 23 I then developed a fault with the control panel and tried to contact the company. There is no phone line and they use Zen desk as an electronic means of communication. I have had at least 10 emails from then which do not tell me how to replace my item. There is no order form and no pricing and no address for destination of the cheque they require. They suggest a bank transfer and eventually gave me the sort code and account no. Having checked out this address with Trust Pilot it appears to be a firm in Manchester who handle Daewoo business. They have a huge number of unhappy customers. The result is I have a control panel taped onto my air fryer and when this no longer works I will not buy another. I had been really happy with the machine and had recommended it to friends but I will be discouraging potential buyers from Daewoo.
Absolutely hopeless. Been trying for an hour to get in touch with them - either by email or telephone. Think it’s a con they put all sorts of obstacles in the way so you can never be successful in contacting them. Wonder why?
I’m reviewing the 5 litre air fryer today. I absolutely love cooking in this thing! It’s versatile and easy to control the heat. As a creative person I often will be finishing a project as it cooks - which is great because no more burning my meats 😅 My daughter bakes in it and I like that you can see the food cooking too - very visually satisfying. Another good feature is that , by design, it’s really easy to clean with paper towels. It’s also a great ELECTRICITY SAVER - you can cook decent sized roasts in it without all the preheating and oven cleaning. I’ve had mine for years and wouldn’t be without it 🙌🏼
Absolutely shocking it took ages to cook and lots of faults. Contacted Daewoo and just fobed me off , worst customer service ever. Had Tefal in the past and sorted any problems out straight away so will buy from them next time
Excellent Service - Missing parts raised a ticket and parts received 2 days later!! What more can you ask!
Just over 3 years ago I bought a Daewoo Oil Heater from Amazon. I estimate over this period of time it has been used for about 100 hours, as I only turn it on for an hour to take 'the chill' off my bedroom. Last week it packet up. I took it to a local electrical repairer and they told me it cannot be repaired. I emailed Daewoo and today I got a reply and the sentiment was 'Thanks for getting in touch - but call somebody who actually gives a toss.' £55 up in smoke. My last one lasted about 20 years. Thanks a lot Daewoo. I'm glad I didn't buy a car from you. SHOCKING CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
We purchased 2 electric blankets 14 months ago and registered for the extended warranty. When one stopped working we contacted daewoo and surprise they said they couldn’t find the details. The warranty seems worthless and we wont be purchasing any more daewoo products and I would recommend the same
Very very bad communication!!! Just asked them about their halogen heater and if they are selling them on amazon and also how does the warranty work etc? They did not even read my email and told me to do a warranty claim or something. I havent even bought the item yet. Then I asked them to read them email and edited my email. They did not reply for like 4-5 days even when it says they reply within like 2 days. Then replied bu asking me to register for the warranty so still did not reply properly So pooooor communciation messed up me big time -------- Update. They asked me to contact them via the email. But wait a second, this is the actual issue. I contacted them and they did not reply or messed me about. Looks like with slow to no reply they have no logical respond to the reviews given either UPDATE 2: I have emailed you saying i left a review. But ofcourse as expected no reply as of yet. I dont know how to give you my email here without it going public
Ordered a kettle and toaster company said they had delivered it twice but we had not recieved anything they sent us 2 pictures of someone else front doors never had a problem with any other company my wife sent them our door picture quite clearly with road name and number
