I recently bought one of their 400W plug in heaters and a dehumidifier from a discount store. They work excellently, great deals for both!
Halogen oven packed in after approximately 15 months of use. Retailer from whom I bought it, not interested, "only got 1 year guarantee ", it's got 2 on the documentation, "take it up with the manufacturer ". Contacted Deawoo, they asked for the appropriate documentation, received a replacement, all done within a week. If I could give 100 stars, that would be my score. Absolutely first class. Will look out for Deawoo products in the future. Well done.
I bought a Daewoo 3 bar calor gas fire. HEA1490 model. What a lovely warm week that was. Then it broke, the fire wouldnt stay alight, the flame kept half lighting then it would go out, then you couldn't re-light it. I took it back to the shop, changed it for a new one. Well what a warm week that was, then it broke. I kept going to half a flame, then it wouldnt re-light. Now happening once is not good, but twice, c'mon. Personally I would stay away from Daewoo as a brand, you could not build this thing cheaper, the metals are the thinnest Ive ever seen. It was not cheap to buy however. I see their cars through a different light now also. Avoid the company and buy elsewhere
My current Daewoo kettle was faulty and the customer service team were speedy and efficient in the way they looked after my concern and offered solutions.
Dangerous!!! my Daewoo kettle has literally disintegrated!!!! It’s less than 12 months old and the plastic has degraded- boiling water everywhere- dangerous….good job my son wasn’t using! Absolutely in shock, concerned now as this is very dangerous and someone could be seriously harmed
Bought a Daewoo Combination Microwave and the convection oven stopped heating a week after the one year guarantee ran out. Previous combination oven lasted 12 years. I will never buy a Daewoo product again.
I purchased a twin set of Bluetooth speakers recently, wrapped in robust quality material and absolutely fantastic sound, takes me back to the 90s when we listened to our music through proper stereo speakers instead of our phone or 1 Bluetooth speaker, true stereo sound really surprised at the quality at this price point. I highly recommend daewoo products.

I brought a 1.7 3kw jug kettle and a 2 slice toaster. Haven’t used as yet, as brought replacements for my new house. I brought from the argyle collection. Service was good and delivery quick.
I had an issue with the product when I purchased it because it wasn't available right after, however, the customer service team contacted me the day after and we exchanged for something similar. The process was quick but they lack the system were not sync right, otherwise, I might set back in my purchase.
Fantastic service, very reliable and efficient. Put the order through and within the next few days my order had arrived in prestige condition. I have never used Daewoo so was a little sceptical, however, they exceeded my expectations in terms of service. Brilliant!
Bought the radio for my brother who is currently in hospital. It's just what he needed.
I felt this radio could do with a few design updates: Firstly when used in Internet Radio mode the Wifi receiver is not that sensitive if used in another room, or if it is not near the WiFi modem, hence it drops out. Also a confusing button arrangement of selecting an Internet radio station could of been made easier if it had been designed with an external remote control, or a knob selector on the radio. Certainly an old person would not get along with it too well. :-( Apart from those couple of gripes for the the money it is an interesting step into the land of Internet radio,

I found the website easy to use, once the order was placed it was delivered very quickly. The customer service dealt with my query regarding warranty swiftly and efficiently.
Good kettle, but fill level indicators not very clear.
Ordered a kettle and toaster that didn't arrive. Had to try on a couple of occasions to chase up my order, once I was in touch with a member of customer services my issue was resolved very quickly and the same member of staff ensured my goods were delivered without delay and clear communication.
This provides very good suction however I chose just 3 stars because it get so hot so quickly that I think there is a design fault meaning that heat should not be directly on the user's hand and worst so quickly. other than that I would definitely say 5 stars.

I have also replied to that email with my explanation on 4th Feb, nobody has response that email, sent remind email on 9th, no reply, third remind email on 11th, until today 14th Feb nobody has replied my email. Really bad customer service. Please check your email and response my email ASAP
