I lost the remote control on an air conditioner that i purchased last year, i contacted customer services asking if i could possibly purchase another, nothing was a problem, they were so helpful, it was to my surprise very inexpensive, it was posted on a Friday and arrived the following Tuesday taking in mind it was bank holiday Monday the day before, service like that just cant be beaten, Excellent!
Lost a shoe on an Air frier purchased recently. Extremely informative and proactive sales staff. Received the replacement at an extremely reasonable price and very quickly. Wish all companies were like this.
I purchased my Daewoo refrigerator nearly 10 years ago, and I am incredibly impressed with its performance over the years. Despite its age, the refrigerator has continued to function flawlessly, proving to be a reliable and long-lasting investment. The filter in my kettle recently wore out and I was unable to find one online. I emailed Daewoo and their customer service was an absolute 10/10. They responded quickly and organised the delivery of the replacement part for an incredibly reasonable price. I wish all customer service was as easy and as straight forward as this has been.
I recently bought a Daewoo airfyer. Two of the 4 rubber feet on the insert got lost so I went onto the Daewoo website, and sent an email re buying some replacement rubber feet. While the first contract email address returned my email with a “delivery failed” notification, the second email address was delivered and replied to the next working day. The replacement process was clearly explained, purchase made and the rubber feet delivered. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the process. Thank you.
I bought a Daewoo oven from Amazon. It comes with a one year warranty. If the buyer registers with Daewoo within 28 days of purchase, Daewoo extends the warranty for two more years. Usually, after the purchase, it take a whole month for Amazon to make the delivery. And, in my case, I waited for two months and a half before the oven at last arrived. Nowadays, more and more people shop on-line. I really wish Daewoo UK could take this into consideration and use the delivery date, not the date of purchase, in calculation. When I contacted Daewoo UK, they just repeated their policy. My stylish Daewoo kettle developed a fault inside the 3 year guarantee. I emailed customer services who communicated within the specified time. Daewoo delivered me a brand new kettle a couple of days later. The follow up customer care service was excellent.
very poor product hoover handle broke after 1 year I email your customers support and got a get loses message back. Joke of a brand. A broken handle is clearly a manufacturing fault
I bought a Daewoo halogen heater 1416 in January this year, and it worked until this morning. It's oscillating but the tubes don't heat or light up so it's a waste of money for just three months of occasional use.
Bought a Daewoo kettle 15 months ago which was good but became faulty and hence claimed on their free 3 year guarantee. They were efficient and helpful and got us a replacement kettle out very quickly, Most impressed.
I had a problem with a shelf in a halogen air fryer. The retailer's response was that they would replace the air fryer. This seemed over the top so I contacted Daewoo directly. They requested that I sent a copy of the receipt, model number and home address. That sent the replacement part was with me in a couple of days. Great customer service.

I contacted Dawoo about my new air fryer's internal light stopped working, and they sent me a replacement bulb and instructions on how to fit it. My husband who is an electrical engineer was horrified with what he found, Instead of having a proper bulb holder there just soldered the wires together not only is this incompetent it's also dangerous

Had an issue with a heater. Communication with Daewoo was quick and helpful and heater replaced within a few days . Excellent service all round . Highly recommended .
What a brilliant company I ordered a part for our air fryer via an email on Friday morning and the spare part arrived next day. 10/10. And such an easy process.

Jun 28,2023I purchased a DAEWOO aircooler from Morrisons in July 2022 and used for two months in summer only, and this year in June when using it again, there was burning smell coming out from the aircooler. According to the warranty, as long as I have the receipt, I can have 1 year warranty and can bring it back to where I purchased to return or refund. However, Morrisons claimed that they can't do so as it is over 6 months after purchase and told me to contact Daewoo directly. However, Daewoo replied to me that as the 12 months warranty is expired and so they could not assist anymore but actually it is still within 12months! I am not sure if the staff had really check the receipt attached or read the purchase date incorrectly. I am so disappointed that the product has faulty so soon and also not happy about both the Daewoo and retailer's reply. Both of them don't take any responsibility on what they sell even the warranty is in black and white.
