Je renvoie mes articles, en moins d’une semaine! Je reçois un mail en me disant qu’ils me rembourserai pas certain article car le carton fut abîmé! Par la suite, je demande le remboursement des articles non endommagés, et la plus de réponse la personne qui s’occupe de mon dossier n’est pas disponible! J’appelle le service client qui me répète qu’il ne peuvent rien faire car c’est uniquement cette personne qui a la main sur mon dossier! Un service retour médiocre

I have a small appliance which suffered a small failure of a part. I took photos and sent over to Daewoo Electricals as per their warranty policy. They responded with an email that they would acknowledge my request, within 24 hours they contacted me back and sent out the new part which was delivered within 48 hours. I feel that we are quick to call fault on things but this was an exceptionally efficient and effective service. No hassle just show us your issue and we will sort it. Personally I would just like to thank the Daewoo team. Thank you

Very poor customer service!! Non-durable product! Total waste of time and money My vaccum cleaner suddenly stopped working in May. The motor comes on but the brush doesn't vaccum because the lights flickered at first but no longer come on. I purchased it directly from Daewoo in November last year. Warranty is still active. I reached out to them in June but they have refused to provide a solution. Every time, they ask me to send a video of the fault. I send the video and get no response until another time when I send them a mail asking for an update. I have had to resort to brush and dustpan and this is bad for my wrist and bag. It has been an unpleasant experience. Re: Daewoo's Response Everytime the request for a video was made, I sent it and you never got back to me. I have sent it again this afternoon. Fingers crossed 🤞

My air fryer stopped working after 16 months and very little use. Daewoo's answer to my request to get it repaired or replaced was that I did not register the appliance for the extended 2 year warranty. This is true but having to register a product to activate a warranty seems to me like a scheme devised to opt out of a service that should be available to customers who lead busy lives and do not have time to look at nor fill in all the paper work. The warranty should be offered automatically since it is free. Daewoo has refused to activate the warranty as gesture of goodwill. Furthermore, an air fryer should last longer than 16 months! I will never by a Daewoo product again.

I felt I needed to write a review although long, long overdue. Way back in 2010 I purchased a Daewoo American Fridge Freezer from Curry's. It has been the best appliance I have ever bought. Apart from replacing the water filter and 1 interior fridge bulb, nothing has ever gone wrong with it. The grandchildren love getting the ice cubes out from the front compartment. Through it all it still works as well as the first day I bought it. Thank you Daewoo. I only buy your products now. My new fan is on its way. Can't comment on Customer Service as I have never needed it. Great Company. Would give you 10 stars if I could.

My Daewoo kettle stopped working after 13 months. Daewoo stock answer, 'outside warranty' - why don't they just offer a standard two year or three year warranty without asking you to jump through hoops to activate it. I cannot unfortunately recommend Daewoo electricals or their customer service. n.b. since Daewoo's response; the REAL issue here is that the kettle stopped working just after a year - which does not bode well. An organisation with confidence in their product could automatically offer an extended warranty in my opinion.

I needed a spare part for a vacuum cleaner. This was dealt with quickly and effectively by Daewoo customer service. The part was delivered within two days with no charge.

I had a problem with a product given to me for a Xmas present 2022. I sent email on Monday and by end of week and a couple of emails later received my replacement. That I think is excellent service and I will recommend Daewoo products every time.

Be careful what you buy! This is definitely budget item Daewoo 8L airfryer. I purchased this late March 2024 as my airfryer Instant Brand suddenly stopped working and I couldnt afford another so purchased the Daewoo at a clearance sale. It said on the box 'more than just an airfryer' that it bakes, grills and Roasts, fantastic i thought. When it arrived I looked for the grill function in particular on the machine, nothing there. I Contacted Daewoo who said that the product does not actually grill or bake or roast. Apparently the 3 bullet points on the artwork, Bake, Roast and Grill are to show results from using the air fryer that it would be the same as if you were to bake, roast or grill and these are not functions on the airfryer and it is just an Airfryer!!! What misrepresentation, it clearly states on the box that the machine will carry out these functions. I will certainly be reporting this. 2 stars only for the fact that it is working

We had a kettle and 4 Slice toaster bought as a Christmas present so no receipts but Daewoo doesn’t want to accept warranty or do anything xxxxxx👎👎👎👎👎be careful when dealing with them 👎👎👎 Christmas present 2023 so only 3 months old

Can fault the service with these guys. My airfryer basket broke and even though it was a few months out of its year warranty, they replaced it with no quibbles and no charge. Perfect service! 🙃

Bought an air fryer and unfortunately the non stick on the trivet had started to come off. As the appliance is still under warranty I was immediately sent a new one by first class post by the company. First class service and communication.

My Daewoo halogen oven is the best piece of equipment I have ever bought. I cook almost everything in it from toast to fabulous cakes as well as main meals. Recently I needed to replace the mesh trays but could not find replacements anywhere. I contacted Daewoo and asked them if they could help. And help they did - yesterday I received two brand new mesh trays. I am so grateful - top marks for customer service.

The air fryer just stopped working after 1 year, for no reason and won’t turn on (not a fuse or plug issue). Be careful if you do decide to buy this item, the warranty on the website may say 3 years warranty, but you have to register with the actual brand to be able to claim after 1 year, which is hidden in the user manual. I wish we had just spent the little extra and gone for a better brand. It is also a nightmare to clean and heavily stains the area around it. Would advise to avoid!

I contacted Customer services regarding one of the small metal feet coming off the trivet in my air fryer (which was probably my fault) The customer service I received was excellent, they were extremely helpful and responded immediately in posting replacement out to me (free of charge!) I always judge a company by their after sales, and Daewoo is a 5* in my opinion !!
