Davinci has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From my initial phone inquiry, when a knowledgeable and remarkably patient rep (Brittany Love) answered all of my questions, all the way through the set-up of my new office (with sensational rep Akiko Scheib), the company made everything as simple and convenient as possible. When combined with the fact that they offered precisely what I needed, I couldn’t be a happier customer!
I just got a virtual office in Santa Monica, CA, so my review reflects my initial experience interacting with the onboarding staff. The sales process was smooth overall and B. was very on top of it. However, for the onboarding, I had to micromanage every single step. I was reached out by different employee each day, and all of them seemed equally checked out with very bad coordination. I received two emails with wrong information, including a simple welcoming email with empty fields about my mailbox and office address. If you guys are hired to do a single thing, and you do that wrong, then it means that 1) the management that put you there should go home first, and 2) then you should go home as well. If my experience continues like that, I will reach out directly to the DaVinci execs on LinkedIn to see if they really care about the quality of service the provide.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They failed to deliver the services I contracted for, provided poor customer service, and made it incredibly difficult to cancel my agreement, which they failed to give me a copy of. The advertised professional office space was a complete misrepresentation—there was no reception desk, unpleasant odors throughout, and the reception area looked like a storage room with broken printers piled up. Instead of resolving issues, they made endless excuses for their lack of professionalism. After 6 months of poor service they tried to raise the rent. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and professional environment.
Davinci Virtual Office Solutions made it easy for me to get a virtual address for my new company and have it registered with the post office. They included virtual notary services, which worked well. My Customer Care Rep, Torri Guay, was great - responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for making this process easy.

Akiko Scheib! I felt true "Professionalism". Her conduct, I was not rushed or talked down to. Her engagement, she listened to me and when I didn't understand, she gave me a better path to follow.
I opened a virtual office and initially had issues with the notary process. It was frustrating at first, but Akiko Scheib was my customer service contact, and she was great! Answered all my questions faster than expected and helped me with another option to make sure I was able to get my ID notarized. Now everything is set up and I'm good to go!

Setting up an office in a new city before we get there is complex to say the least. We have used Davinci before for a meeting room in the DC area with great results, so we decided to try them first. It seems that I didn't even finish the request for information online when Brittany first called - I still had the website up on my computer! She took personal attention to our company, helping us through all the processes including handling of our mail, finding our address, helping set up a registered agent for that location - everything. In a world where customer care has been replaced with "death by phone prompts," Davinci's support is a welcome surprise. Well done, and HIGHLY recommend.
