My experience with DaVinci has been one of the worst in my professional career. From the beginning, I paid a cost that was eight times higher than initially quoted, only to receive a service that was completely inadequate and unprofessional. The most serious issue revolves around mail handling. It is unacceptable that an organization offering physical and virtual office services worldwide cannot guarantee the basic function of receiving mail. I was explicitly told via email that this essential service could not be assured, which completely undermines the trust and professionalism one expects from such a service provider. The most disgraceful part, however, came from the president, Coco. Instead of taking responsibility and finding a solution, she decided to “resolve” the issue by issuing a red card and terminating my contract unilaterally. This behavior showcases a total lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for their clients. All of these events, backed by emails, screenshots, and testimonials, will be published on our media news platform to expose DaVinci’s disastrous management and the complete unprofessionalism exhibited, especially by the president herself. Users will be able to see firsthand how clients are treated when they simply ask for clarity or guaranteed basic services. This review marks the beginning of a journalistic investigation, and I invite anyone who has had similar negative experiences with DaVinci to contact me to contribute their stories. DaVinci, please spare me the standard copy-paste response—I am not interested, nor will it change the documented facts. This review is based on real experiences, and I will publish everything to ensure the truth is revealed. An organization that cannot even guarantee mail handling should not be trusted. If you are considering DaVinci, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

Extremely difficult opening process it’s been three weeks and we’re still not up and running. I was told I could receive mail and now they said that we can’t. It’s been extremely frustrating. We’ve had to submit our ID forms multiple times and they keep losing it. I would not recommend this service.
