Davinci strikes again! I used the live chat option regarding an update for my billing invoice and information! I was quickly assisted by Staci, who was very helpful and efficient in providing me with all the necessary details and updates. I was nervous after the live chat was complete because I mentioned that I would like an email with the requested updates. However, I was impressed that they offered to give a copy of the transcribed conversation afterward for recollection purposes, which I declined out of trust. Staci quickly delivered on her promise. I like the business concept, the interactive website, but I see no reason why I should pay for each email correspondence of scanned documents when I pay a monthly subscription for the virtual address.

Sketchy organization. Davinci started billing our account for a service which was never implemented. Davinci acknowledged the service was never provided but yet refused to provide a refund. Shameful that Davinci acts in such an unprofessional manner. Take your business somewhere else.
Staff was quick to respond and address any issue I had. They took the time to get my questions answered as soon as possible, especially Gigi and Torri.
