Experience is good, but since I fotgot one payment I had to do all the enrollment again. That was burocratic and annoying.

If I had known that no one physically works at the front desk of the virtual office location, I never would have signed up! It's not fair that I should be held to a six month agreement since I did not know about this. Akiko Scheib was very nice and tried to make things work. But the company overall sold us something that they didn't actually were able to provide: a private room rental and a digital lobby listing which both were essential for our main purpose of the thing.

I rented 2 virtual offices from Davinci and the service was exceptional. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because the virtual notary was a bit challenging. I’d rent from Davinci again!
Davinci is great! We worked with Maddi to get our account setup quickly and without issue. She was very thorough, and followed up to ensure that her receptionist team would be well trained in handling calls for our business.

I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before doing my own research because I would have missed out! My experience was A1! My Davinci Representative was Briana Hunter she was very professional and very prompt. It started out rocky due to the VO location being new and in the mist of working out some kinks. However, they're up and running now and it's beautiful. Thank goodness we hung in there as a team and got it done. It's an absolutely beautiful establishment located here in Akron Ohio. My Online Notary appointment went very well no hang up's at all. My setup with Customer Care Representative Akiko Acheib she also was very professional and prompt. I highly recommend Davinci and the VO location @ 388 S Main St Akron, Ohio 44311.
