It's not fair that I should be held to a six month agreement since I did not know about this. Follow-up: Davinci Virtual has been extremely responsive and helpful since I made them aware of this situation and they have been very fair to me to make up for this. Thank You!

Torri was professional, attentive, and made sure that all of my needs were met efficiently. Her guidance made the process smooth and straightforward, and she was always quick to address any questions I had. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were a couple of minor delays, with the online Notary but overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend DaVinci Virtual to others. My Davinci Representative was Briana Hunter she was very professional and very prompt. It started out rocky due to the VO location being new and in the mist of working out some kinks. However, they're up and running now and it's beautiful. Thank goodness we hung in there as a team and got it done. It's an absolutely beautiful establishment located here in Akron Ohio. My Online Notary appointment went very well no hang up's at all. My setup with Customer Care Representative Akiko Acheib she also was very professional and prompt. I highly recommend Davinci and the VO location @ 388 S Main St Akron, Ohio 44311.
