I have been building My business (NobleTEC, LLC) for the last 5 years. My business is growing! I must admit that this is in large part due to Great People like Brittany Love! In the entrepreneurial world, You will occasionally have the unfortunate experience of encountering those who make doing any type of business tough. Brittany is the direct opposite. She is just plain absolutely incredible and an extreme asset to Her company and career. As My business grows, I hope to have a thousand Brittany Loves in My company one day.

What made my experience great with Davinci was working with Brandi Garcia. 5 Stars aren't even enough to cover how excellent the service she provided was. This woman deserves a raise and an advancement in your company. I seldom encounter this level of customer service
I was in a hurry to set up a new virtual office for a new business we're starting. After some comparison shopping, Davinci was really the only option as their service offerings and pricing far exceeded what some of the other's offered. Once we decided on Davinci, we completed the quick and easy application process. Some issues arose with the virtual notary and I was put in touch with Brandi Garcia. Brandi proved herself to be extremely helpful and attentive, professional and knowledgeable about the processes and helped me facilitated getting a form notarized in short order. She was incredibly customer service focused and patient throughout our working together and helped guide me through the process. I so very much appreciated Brandi's efforts that I felt compelled to write a review letting other's know that if in the market for a virtual office, you couldn't choose better than Davinci (and Brandi).

I have been a customer for over 3 years now. I called Davinci when I finally needed some support because it is not often that I do. I asked for assistance, "This is to request a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy to obtain my business license. Please provide a copy based on the documents I have attached and my current monthly lease with Davinci for *****, LLC. Please see attached. Thank you." An hour later, I received a response, "Good afternoon, We unfortunately can only provide the service agreements already sent over. We do have a more detailed one if you would like that instead? Warm regards." Now, I won't call the person out because I think for one, this was a "normal" response and / or the person was trained to say specifically this. Anytime you lease a service and are a business that requires a license to function, the Certificate of Occupancy is required. I was refused and decided to call. I spoke to Jordan Jeppesen. I told her what happened and that if I cannot obtain the certificate, I would like to look for other means of services because I can no longer use this office solution.I swear I could hear her cape whipping in the background as she looked at one folder and let me know that she did not have access, but she knew who did and she would get this doc to me as soon as she could. I waited maybe 30 minutes (this is a stretch because I have the time factors of the rejection email, calling the office and getting Jordan, and the time it took for her to get ahold of the person to send her the doc and then send to me). I sent her a follow up email to thank her and asked how to recognize her for the swift action she ensued. This is that recognition. She is the only reason I stayed with Davinci; she saved my day!
Sign-up was easy, but set up takes 10x longer than initially estimated for various reasons.
Briana was very patient and helpful, she answered all of my questions, provided me with the best rate and office location in my state. Give Briana a raise, she is an asset to this company.
