Staci Wilson in the customer care office helped me a ton when I needed to change the name of the business and have that reflected in the virtual office space. I had a bunch of questions and she answered all of them, both online and on the phone. Highly recommend, and wonderful customer service.
The processing time is excessively long. I completed the online notary process last Friday, but I have yet to receive my account access, let alone my virtual office address (4 business days already). I also have Registered Agent (RA) and virtual office services with other companies, all of which are highly efficient and offer excellent customer service. I'm feeling very frustrated with the extended processing times and the complexity of the procedures.

Just have your verification documents together and you should be easily approved to use your office address (2 forms of ID: one with photo ie passport, drivers license, etc AND one with residential address ie mortgage, lease agreement, vehicle insurance, etc) A customer care specialist reached out immediately after purchasing the address to provide further instructions for setup and request documentation. Brandi Garcia stayed in touch, worked diligently, and made the initial setup process straightforward and simple. So far, so good
