Everything was smooth and efficient
I keep getting the same automated message from the email address I am supposed to send my IDs to saying that I should send my IDs. I have now sent them several times. I emailed other different davinci addresses explaining the problem including sales and support and nothing was solved over the past two weeks other than you taking my money.

Online notary service is horrible. Never have any live agents despite saying so. The notarize service and website were confusing. My online account registration was confusing as well.
The representative provided helpful information and was very responsive.
Over all, the company is very helpful in coordinating everything we need to succeed.

I’m so disappointed, I’ve had Davinci’s services for awhile and they’ve always been very professional and friendly. Not so much anymore, after waiting around for 8+ hours for a callback that was supposed to be right away I decided to call back, only to get no answer, left a voicemail, called again and finally was able to speak briefly with my account manager Mary before she placed me on hold and then transferred me to customer service without any warning or explanation. I have 2 companies that I use Davinci’s services for, you’d think they’d appreciate and treat me with more decency. Not to mention the reason for my call was because my monthly service charge increased and no one notified me at all, customer service confirmed an email was never sent unfortunately. I literally just re-established my first business’ address with Davinci, paid $500 for the reestablishment, and now I’m wishing I would’ve took my business elsewhere. It’s so astounding how companies can so easily take your money for the service but fail to deliver on important areas of service. I’m very annoyed at the quality of service I’ve received today to say the least.
A company is only as good as its people. And I must say that my experience with Davinci has been top-notch! When I needed setup support and some tweaking to our system, Staci Wilson from customer care was a true pleasure to work with in making our changes. What I further appreciated was her follow-up on the changes to ensure that things worked well. I would recommend Davinci for sure!

I felt that she was sincerely looking for an opportunity to make positive changes to the process. I respect that the company was open to learn from a customer to improve the experience for future customers. Original Review: The online notary process was not timely or user friendly. I was very confused about who I was working with because the reps changed between the sales process and the startup process. I felt valued until I committed. The the process was a little lonely.
you charge us for asking if we have mail? we pay to have an address for you to receive mail. so you should notify us when we have mail. for you to check if we have mail is +$17? then to change a word in our documentation, we have to start the entire setup process over? I will not recommend this company.
