Completely lied to me for my money. I asked multiple times if my business will be able to be verified and be on the Google maps, but it’s not. Now I’m stuck paying for 6 months

I have forwarded the documents multiple times and spent more than 5 hours trying to get them to read the ID forms (scanning, photos, redoing, etc.) Finally went to a notary and they say more is still needed. Incredibly frustrating and too time consuming.

DaVinci is great for a litany of reasons. Business addresses, phone lines, receptionist services, etc. It is a fantastic platform for getting established and building credibility. Where they really shine though is in customer service. Staci was very attentive, thorough with her explanations, patient, consultative and personable. That is rare these days when everything is either mechanical, robotic or salespeople just treat you like another number.
