Customer service was helpful and quick to reply. The only issue is that the mail check fee was not disclosed until after I signed my contract.
My initial experience with my Davinci Virtual Office was a little rocky. I was actually looking at changing my virtual office service provider when my contract ended until I got assigned to Gigi as my account rep. She has turned my experience around 100%. I don't love the extra hoops that my specific location requires to get mail picked up but Gigi is always so helpful in making sure I am taken care of. She is definitely a keeper and Davinci Virtual is lucky to have her.
I am a new business owner and had no idea about utilizing a virtual address. The process was pretty seamless especially considering the fact that I thought it would be much more complicated. Brandi, my rep was very polite and responded very quickly when I had questions. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

This is my first time setting up a virtual office, and Davinci went out of their way to walk me through each step. They made sure I understood what was going on and what the next step was. I also appreciate Davinci being able to work around my full time job. I work 10 hour shifts and they still found a way to accommodate me.

Two years ago I had a Virtual Office with mail forwarding on a weekly basis. I canceled dealings and any service with Davinci at that time because mail was being forwarded every 2 to 3 weeks which was confirmed via email by Davinci employee. Davinci tried to blame the post office for this failure but The postmarks on the forwarded mail showed that Davinci was at fault. I figured two years we t by so decided to give Davinci another try. Davinci states that a Virtual Office will be set up between 1-3 business days from the time they receive the notarized official Post Office Mail-forwarding form. Well it is has been 5 business days and the Virtual Office has still not been set up. This reminds me of 2 years ago when I previously set up the Virtual Office where it took Davinci 8 business days to set up the Virtual Office. I want to see if Davinci's mail-forwarding has improved; however, I am losing hope that Davinci has improved anything.

I've been using Davinci for VO services for about a month and so far I am very pleased with the experience. The customer service reps are very responsive and work as a team to respond to requests/inquiries so things are never lagging. I was initially skeptical about using a virtual address. However, after researching I decided to try DaVinci and the customer service is amazing. The total setup was hassle free. One of the best features was the online notary, in return allows the process to move quickly without a delay of having to go in person. Very professional. Would I refer this company? Yes, I would. They got this done faster than they quoted me. Better price than my previous virtual office. Very friendly and on point with everything. Even able to do a video notary which saved me money and time the notary was available at 1000pm on a Sunday night. Amazing thanks guys
