I wanted to take the time to commend Lauren Ray, your Customer Care Manager for doing a wonderful job helping guide my company through a difficult situation porting an old phone number of ours to yours. She is an extraordinary employee! For several weeks, she was in constant contact with us letting us know what the status was as well as working closely with the company we were using for the past 7 years. She always replied immediately to my emails and made me feel comfortable that the problem would be resolved. Bottom line is her communication skills are amazing along providing us reassurance that this problem would be resolved expeditiously. She is one special employee!
The online/technical functions to automate processes were great. However, I have been following on WHEN I will be able to get the address to use for my business. That part of the process should have been completed when my PAYMENT was completed

I received a email with my office package and the total amount that would be due. When I called back to pay the balance I was told it was a different price( more expensive). I didn’t appreciate this because I wasn’t prepared to pay the extra amount.
