poor communications. It has taken over 1 week and still things are incomplete. i get requests from different people for different forms after i have sent what was requested. I opened up 8 locations with Hedhofis and it took all of 15 minutes. i was only issued 1 account. i was told doing business with you, that would be 2 accounts. a real hassle.
My experience setting up my virtual address was very easy thanks to the help of Briana and Brandi. I am very pleased with their customer service and my selected virtual office.

It was confusing trying to get the mail situation handled. Due to policy we had to purchase 3 offices for one company just so our mail would be delivered. It felt greedy to me. **Update 4/27/23: The staff at Davinci have been very helpful- they have reached out to work with us. They are bound by company policy which we can understand.
