I recently worked with Brandi Garcia to establish a virtual office in the Phoenix metro area. Brandi at DaVinci was responsive and informative in the set up process. I was also able to set up notary service through DaVinci which was fast and efficient as I was able to do it at a scheduled time of my choice, at home. I am new to DaVinci but I am excited to see how the relationship progresses through your contract.

Honestly, if felt has if everyone stopped caring after they got the sale and/or commission. A lady on the "chat session" not only sorted my problem but she help me setup and book a day office. That is more than the person assigned to my account or the person I was referred to that does meeting schedules ever did. In fact, I'm still waiting for the meeting scheduler to respond. Right now, I'm wishing I had gone with another company. I'm stuck for 6 months.
Davinci are great, and they're super friendly! Not only do they wish you a good day, they genuinely wish you a -fantastic- day, and how can you not have one after talking to them? i've had to call them a few times, and all were great. This time i met Skylee Kent and her service was as easy and pleasant as her voice was. as a foreign user, they just make everything way less intimidating. I wouldn't wanna bring my business anywhere else.

I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received from Davinci Virtual, specifically from the representatives named Rose and Ashley Monaham. I recently called to cancel my virtual address subscription, and the way I was treated by both of these individuals was completely unacceptable. When I spoke with Rose, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She did not listen to my concerns, and instead spoke over me and belittled me. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and made me feel as if my business was not valued. I found her behavior to be unacceptable and distressing. As if that wasn't enough, when I called back to inquire about my cancellation, I was directed to Ashley Monaham, who was equally unpleasant. She was very short with me and seemed to be in a rush to end the call. When I asked her a question, she cut me off mid-sentence and essentially hung up in my face. Her conduct was completely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. It is disappointing that a company like Davinci Virtual, which provides virtual address services, would have such a terrible customer service team. I do not believe that anyone should have to put up with such rude and unprofessional behavior from any customer service representative. In light of this, I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately and that my account be credited for any unused portion of my subscription fee. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers are not subjected to such disrespectful treatment in the future.

Brittany Love walked me through the process super- smoothly. I needed a location that could handle receiving mail in my holding company name as well as an affiliate name. It's very clear that there is no refunds, however Was not made aware that I could not use the address until after my purchase was made, and a ridiculously long list of requested information was sent. It has been even more difficult to change my password to submit the requested paperwork and I have yet to receive a call
I've been trying to get notarized for 3 months. super poor service. They have no problem deducting from my account with no service provided. Don't deal with these guys. Update: Davinci reached out and made a real effort in getting me admin work in place. I appreciate them taking the initiative. Because of this I have now update my rating to a 3 1/2 stars.
UPDATE: I received a full refund for services not rendered. I consider this matter closed: Beware: They will collect your funds whether services are set up or not. You could have taken all of the steps to set up your account but still not obtained the services you paid for and no one really cares. I haven't received mail since I started. I called and they said "Oh, I see the problem, it will start asap" It never happened. I'm seeking a full refund of all of the fees obtain when service was not performed even though they said it was set up properly. In addition, this will turn into a legal fight if not.
