Jan 10,2023Setting up the service was simple. Staff at my location were always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have like to see changed is to have my own dedicated mailbox so I could pick up mail afterhours. Scheduling meeting rooms online is convenient.

Jan 10,2023I was shown a certain address on their website. Paid over $200 for the address setup costs. Had documents notarize with this specific address.. But turns out they required that I must add extra digits (and letters) to the address, which makes the address look very different from the one I thought I was buying. In the end, I chose to switch addresses. It's important that I have a legitimate address and not one that looks like a made-up po box. Fortunately for me, after the third try, they finally found an address not too far from me which looks okay. Buyer beware, you may have to switch addresses to find one that looks like a normal, regular address. They get 3-stars for this experience since they were able to fix my situation (took us over a week, and several back-and-forth calls), I am not sure if I would recommend them.

Dec 31,2022I am still trying to experience the full potential of Davinci services. I have yet to receive mail. I have been told by my creditors that the suite number I was assigned is not valid. This is making it difficult for me to move forward with confidence giving others my address. I have been told this is being looked into. I also have not received a registered agent form for use in business and with my creditors.

Dec 24,2022The good: this service will help our business expand to another state and hopefully internationally in the future. Affordable, visionary, definitely a great idea... The bad: the process for implementation is not straightforward but rather disorganized and not intuitive, the communication is deficient, we kept wondering what is next??, the notarization of the initial documents is a headache...but all these glitches certainly do have a solution and I am confident you will find the way to make it better for the next clients.

Dec 09,2022We signed on as a client a few weeks ago. Our account is not active as of yet. The online notary portion of the site is not user friendly. I am the admin and the CFO needed to go through the notary process. Our CFO has spent countless hours on this, and he does not have the time. I am very disappointed. I requested two phone numbers I reviewed from the list of number available. The salesperson I was working with stated once I sign the contract, she would be able to assign one of the phone numbers. I have contacted her through email and left a message. I haven't heard back. We still do not have a phone number.
