May 30,2024Unfortunately, the delivery failed at the final stage - DPD driver left the box in plain view on our urban doorstep, despite people being in the house all day, and was stolen before we knew it was there. Deer Box phoned me immediately on my complaint, and arranged a replacement delivery at no cost, so I have no complaints with the service (putting aside DPDs repeated failures)
