May 22,2024Being new to the area, we started looking at rental properties. when a sale property came on the market that we liked and we viewed, from the lettings team, sale viewing, progressing, closing the experience was brilliant, I dealt with also all the team from Chiara, Ann, Victoria, Alex, Evie and the rest of the team (and apologies if I have missed anyone), 10/10 on comms, updates, and progressing the transaction, and understanding our needs and requirements,

May 21,2024Great service throughout what was unfortunately a lengthy exercise no fault of DM&Co. First accepted offer was frustrated by purchaser not being able to complete for various reasons despite repeated chasing for answers by DM&Co. Following their advice remarketed and revised sale completed in good time being kept informed throughout on sale progress. Thanks to Ann Wood and the rest of the team for their excellent work and hesitation in recommending DM&Co to others.

Working with Victoria in the sales progression team was also a highlight of working with DM & Co. her tenacity allowed us to reach exchange of contracts in a timely fashion and moved us from sold to completed within 12 weeks.

From valuation to completion the whole experience was relatively stress-free. They also liaised with my solicitors and kept things moving along. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use their services again.

Staff across both offices were brilliant, very easy to contact and kept pushing to get our moved sorted despite two buyers pulling out and poor solicitors elsewhere in the chain. I would recommend them to anyone in the local area.

There is an excellent balance of professionalism and friendliness with them. Their communication definitely exceeded my expectations, and I never needed to chase them up. Managed to balance encouragement and toughness to a buyer that was slow to exchange & complete after the accepted offer - buyer introduced numerous obstacles which created unnecessary delay. Excellent communications. Got there in the end.
