Got right in to see someone and they were able to provide great service and solved my issue with my debit card very quickly. Also they were able to revers the stolen charges the same day!

I am editing my review to reflect the fact that the branch manager reached out to me personally, addressed my concerns, vowed to improve her branch's procedures, and showed a real interest in making the situation better for myself and others. That is how business should be done. I requested an appointment to review mortgage options for a home purchase I'm considering. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, after waiting in line to get to speak to the receptionist, I was told, "Someone called you yesterday to inform you that we don't handle mortgages at branch offices. Here's a card with the number for you to call to speak with someone regarding a mortgage." The thing that upset me was the fact that whoever called to tell me that information called from a line that does not identify as being from Dort Financial, they called when I was at work and couldn't immediately take the call (which I would not have answered anyway as it was from an unknown caller), that the person failed to leave a voicemail with the information (which would have saved me a wasted trip to the branch), and no attempt was made to reach me via text or email to relate that information. Like many in today's times, I have a variety of responsibilities on top of daily trials and stressers. It was unsatisfying to have this kind of situation waste my time needlessly, simply because someone couldn't be bothered to leave a voicemail or take an extra couple moments to send a text or email.
I'm always treated with respect, and taken care of in a very short period of time. They've earned 5 stars.....

For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to make an appointment or schedule a phone call with a mortgage officer. I've gotten no response. I've sent emails, visited the branch, was promised that "Mike" from the Grand Blanc branch (Lisa in the Hill Rd. branch sent him a message) would call me and I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm very disappointed.
