Aug 30,2024Nic was awesome he turned up for the first time and the car was too warm! He said I’m so busy today but I’ll try and come back! At this point I was like he’s not coming back!!! I received a call hi it’s nic I’m on my way I’ll be 20 mins can you open your bonnet to cool the engine! Nic was due to go on holiday tomorrow who wouldn’t have wanted an early day before holiday !! He was professional and polite and talked me through the process told me why this happened and how to prevent it happening! 6 out of 5 stars for nic

Aug 29,2024Came out twice and still didn’t fix the problem. Don’t bother just take your car to a garage. My side of this saga The dpf light came on I booked you in You came out did a diagnostics on the car. Then cleaned the dpf. The light came back on 2 weeks later at this point you said I need to do an oil change which I did you then came back out said I needed to change the throttle body and cleared the Diagnostics again. Then the dps light came on again at this point I took it to a garage they did diagnostics and informed me 2 of the dpf sensors were broken and replaced them. So using you I’ve paid for an oil change new throttle body and your company to clean the dpf. Like I said in the original post I’d just go to a garage in the future

Aug 29,2024We were so worried we would need a new DPF filter as the garage recommended one but we were reassured that the filter could be cleaned , just 1 phone call and appointment made . Our engineer Attila was so professional polite and had the job done within 2 hours . Would definitely recommend this company .

Aug 28,2024Excellent service - definitely use! Toyota said my DPF needed replacing to the tune of £3200. This turned out to be entirely untrue. Baz came to clean it instead and it has worked perfectly ever since. £384 was a far better price! Baz was very professional and helpful, explaining everything in detail. A great chap and the service was top notch.

Aug 28,2024Excellent service, and i would highly recommend them to anyone who has problems with the DPF. Their mechanic Zoltan he was extremely knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing. He even phoned to say what time he was coming within the allocated time slot. So we thank you for fixing the car and it's great that they also offer 14 days warranty after finishing the job. 👏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Aug 26,2024We set off from Leeds on Saturday 1.5 hrs into drive I had a dpf warning on my dashboard. Drove the car as normal to clear it but this didn’t resolve the issue. I filled out an online form and within an hr I recieved a call back booking me in for a clean on bank holiday Monday between 8am 1pm. I received a phone call from Liam at 7.45am saying he was 10 mins away. He introduced himself straight away, very polite and very helpful. He explained everything he would be doing to the vehicle in detail & left nothing out. He did the clean which fixed the dpf fault but we then had an ad blue warning. He took my husband to the local coop to buy some ad blue to put in the car. We had fingers, toes and everything we could crossed, took the car down the by pass road & the ad blue warning went off. We can’t thank Liam enough for everything he did for us to get us back on the road 110% hats off to the guy well done thank you so much 👍🏼

Aug 25,2024Recently had a clogged diesel filter on my car and had reduced power to get me home. I called DPF when I got back and they were very helpful and positive they could solve my problem. They sent an operative called Liam out within three days ( impressed as he came out Sunday morning) and he cleaned the filter within a couple of hours and I was back on the road Monday morning. Excellent service and great friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Aug 24,2024Quick call back. Excellent info from call taker. Gave me lots of information about what they could offer The engineer arrived in an hour and was extremely friendly. I have left this review almost 3 months after the work was done incase the dpf issue came back and thankfully it hasn't. I would recommend this for any dpf issues. they seem to know what they are doing unlike my local gar

We were very impressed. Would highly recommend the service. You get a free 14 days call back if the fault is not cleared or re-occurs.
