Aug 07,2024Oh this company is fantastic my first visit they came out to do the clean and diagnose the problem (hole in the exhaust and fuel in the oil) got them fixed and they came back out to do a revisit again explained everything during the process and very easy to talk too From the moment calling the after care team speaking and emailing from Janine to Gareth coming out 5* service you guys were a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the company Thank you DPF Fixer

Aug 07,2024No Improvement, got someone else to look at it and the problem still exist. Called after-care line more than 3 times. No response. They only man the sales calls. I Got a mail from the office few days later and they sent someone to redo the cleaning .**Updated

Aug 03,2024Got quoted £3,500 by Audi main dealer saying I needed a new dpf. Phoned these guys late yesterday afternoon and they turn up at 8am and fixed my dpf no more limp mode thank god,excellent customer service and the fella who came to fix it was 10/10. Couldn’t be happier

Aug 02,2024I had this company out to clean the DPF filter on my work van. The engineer proceeded to override the warning on the diagnostics computer he had plugged in that said the DFP Filter was too hot (at the time I did not know this was wrong, assuming they were the expert) and kept revving the van after it entered regen mode. When I noticed sparks were coming out of my exhaust I alerted him and he realized there was smoke and flames coming from the engine. Luckily I had a powder fire extinguisher as the engineer's one ran out quickly. However, we still had to call the fire brigade and they had to put water on it as it was still too hot and a risk of reignition. After the incident the head office made no attempts to contact me, I had to chase them, and they refused to engage and told me I had to go through my insurance. They even refused to provide me with their public liability insurance provider, or reimburse what I had paid for their services in advance. In short, whilst I understand accidents and mistakes happen, the total lack of customer service, support, and basic manners after what was a traumatic experience that has left me substantially out of pocket was shocking. The disclaimer they get you to sign is clearly there for a reason- they will completely wash their hands if you experience any issues with their service and this could have expensive ramifications for you as a customer.

Fabulous customer service & Igor our engineer was super friendly, polite and carried out the work quickly & effectively 😊 also mentioned what parts needed replacing to help keep the car running smoothly, would definitely recommend DPF fixer and Igor 😊 (4 stars only because we did have an engineer come out last week but unfortunately after a few days the engine light did come back on, but another engineer was booked in asap and rectified this)

Aug 02,2024I waited before writing a review to believe that vehicle really was cured and would run like new with full power and torque. Great service no nonsense and good value for money not only cleaned the Dpf but picked out minor defects contributing to poor performance and remedied them as part of service. Far better than local garage and real expert advice. Have my endorsement.

Aug 01,2024Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Not only could they not fix my DPF fault after 3 attempts, they refuse to give me a full refund when I complained because they never fixed it. Very reluctant to come out the second time and was a palaver to get them out again after the second failed attempt. Had to go to main dealership to reset the fault and replacement because soot readings were very high. Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less. Unprofessional.

Aug 08,2024My engineer, Andras, was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Andras happily answered my questions. The work took around 90 minutes odd, Andras cleared all DPF Full and EML lights, then we took a 10 - 15 minute drive to enable the regeneration to happen. The car is driving perfectly. Andras arrived exactly as scheduled and fitted in with my schedule
