Mar 11,2024The company is a disgrace. They visited me on the 8-1-24 and did a two stage clean and recommended I change the DPF pressure sensor. After replacing the pressure sensor and having calibrated at VW everything was fine. However, after using the vehicle for no more the 400 miles, the problem returned, car going into limp mode and saying the DPF/ particulate filter is blocked. I contacted DPF Fixer on 11-03-24 and after 10 minutes of waiting for them to find my details, after given them the job number, car registration and my postcode. I was told they can’t do anything after their 14 warranty. The company is a rip off and have no customer service support or customer service. STAY CLEAR OF DPF FIXER!

Second scan of my car 60 £ confirmation on pdf. Waste of time, fuel ...And you are making me a refund of £ 246 Waiting time for a refund Month.When I went with the car to the mechanic repaired car in two days cost 450 £. There is no more problem. A very bad company. I do not recommend.

Mar 10,2024Nice to get a resolution to a problem virtually immediately and without having to find a garage with a time slot free. Not cheap but better value than (unnecessarily) replacing the DPF. Helpful advice from Dave following the diagnostic check too.

Technician (Danny) was very friendly on arrival, after a quick check over the car and finding additional problems with the car stopping him from cleaning the DPF, but gave advice for me to fix it before he could complete the job with no delay on the same day. Would recommend to anyone.

Mar 07,2024Came out yo clean my vehicle a few months ago, diagnosed the problem, later that week went yo get the problem solved to be told that what DPF Fixer ltd said was the issue actually wasn't an issue at all it was a completely different fault....... AVOID WASTE OF MONEY USING THIS COMPANY, simply can't diagnose an issue not happy

Mar 06,2024Paid the requisite £360, the 'clean lasted 7 days before the warning came on again. They attended 4 days later and did another 'clean' but also advised me that I had a faulty sensor. I had the sensor replaced but the light came back on again and was advised that the ECU needed to be reset. I got the ECU reset but the light came on again. Contacted DPF who said I was out of warranty and so they would charge to revisit. What a poor service, the original problem exists, I've spent an extra £140 on the sensor which they only latently discovered was a problem and now they have washed their hands of me.

Clearly he has a lot of experience in this area which was just what I needed as this has all come as a bit of a surprise. I don't think I will be buying a diesel again but for now it's good to know it can be fixed.

Mar 03,2024I met Andras who was a very nice chap. He fiddled about on a vehicle scanner for a while looking for the DPF fault. He found it was 44.7gams (too much soot). He then fitted a machine to clean out the filter. All was done within one and a half hours in the pouring rain. I didn’t think it would be the end of this rubbish Citroen but I travelled 200 miles with perfect engine performance and no faults. The repair is guaranteed for 14 days, hopefully it will last the guarantee and more. Many thanks Andras

Mar 11,2024Very efficient from start to finish. Booking was easy and the technician (Gareth) was very professional throughout. He explained everything from plugging in the diagnostic equipment to confirming the car did not require a DPF clean but the problem was faulty sensors. They charged me accordingly and I would recommend and use the Company again.
