Feb 21,2025Sadly although very helpful and attentive on the phone I rightly avoided paying £480 with a visit to a garage only costing me £70. My car was absolutely fine after a regen and actually advice from a mechanic of 35 years experience I now have no further issues. Didn’t appreciate a sales guy at this company telling me my mechanic hasn’t fixed my issue and that it would happen again without any clear understanding of my car. My advice would be to spend £80, speak to a local mechanic before forking out £500 and you might just resolve your issue. Seems this company is a panic driven resolution under pressure.

Feb 17,2025They came out to my van , and completely blocked my dpf . I was unable to drive my van afterwards. I had no transportation over Christmas. They refused they give me some of my money back , although I provided evidence of what they did to van . I had to pay another garage £900 to fix what they did . I will be contacting watchdog about this company

Feb 15,2025Jasonm did MY DPF really recommend this bloke for the job brilliant bloke happy with the service and the results I got for my DPF had a slightly clogged DPF had the hole thing cleaned out and fixed my glow plug warning light and engine management light every time I went above 85mph it would go into limp mode after it was cleaned went to test it out and no problems what so ever runs smother and better really happy and would highly recommend this company

Feb 14,2025My daughter’s car was on a mileage countdown to go into non-start\limp mode. We took it took the main dealer who recommended that the DPF filter be changed, plus the injectors, total estimate for the work was £4235.53. We left the dealer and found ‘DPF Fixer’ on the internet. An appointment was made and Chris their engineer came out to my daughters car. He was brilliant, explained everything in a simplistic way so that I could understand what was happening, he was very efficient and performed diagnostic readings both pre and post for the work he carried out (copies sent to us via email). Her car is running perfectly now for a fraction of the dealer price.

Feb 12,2025This company are not DPF fixers ...I paid £370 for this company to repair Engine management fault . I was advised that I'd pay £150 firstly for them to attend then a further £220 when dpf warning was fixed. With car on diagnostic it did not show any fault codes but I was told that car soot in dpf was high , so a clean was carried out . Warning light was out and came back on next day ...company came back out again , said car was showing no faults but did a regen on car ...light went out until next day again . Despite my calls to them to complain and ask for monies to be refunded ,they now say that it must be another issue !!! Why did they , then, carry out work if car was not showing faults on diagnostic ? Surely if engine warning light is still on , they have not fixed the issue that they were here to sort!!? Hence my request for a refund of at least the £220 to sort fault . Please be aware of this company.. they are wrongly advertised as DPF fixers and are merely cleaners . This work can be done a lot cheaper locally , so don't be fooled by their guarantee of before and after readings and aftercare !!!

Feb 04,2025We got a slot for a Friday all day, and as 5pm came and went we were worried it wouldn’t happen. Well no need to worry at 7pm Atilla Puskas turned up with his van and got to work. Atilla was great giving me all the detailed information on my car and getting on with it to fix the problem with a smile on his face (despite it clearly having been a very long day for him). These guys get the job done when they say they will and at the end of the day that’s what you want. Following this an engine warning light came on a week later and I rang them as the work was under warranty. They got someone to me and for free they ran the diagnostic and confirmed it was an unrelated problem and advised me on what to do next even though it wasn’t their issue. 5 stars. Above and beyond.

Feb 04,2025They are DPF scams not DPF cleaners!!! Total waste of money. After the Dpf clean completed next day the Dpf is still blocked. I went to other garages and all of them confirmed DPf is blocked! I am requesting a refund but they keep ignoring it. Do not believe positive reviews! Go to your local garage save your money. Will be taking legal action

Apr 01,2025DPF attended to my BMW X6 as the particle filter message displayed on the dashboard. They arrived at my home on time and and plugged in their diagnostic equipment and confirmed that my car didn’t need a particle filter clean but the problem was in fact a faulty sensor. I was shown on the laptop how they came to that conclusion. They were extremely professional and charged me accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone.
