Aug 15,2024Warning light came on my Range Rover, telling me to contact my dealer, I checked out the web and DPF Fixer came up, phoned them and had a technician out that day. Nat, the technician was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable of the cleaning process and had my car reduced from 82% soot in the DPF filter to 0% soot in little over an hour. I would definitely use DPF Fixer again instead of paying dealership prices.

Aug 13,2024My DPF filter was blocked, I phone the company to ask a question they ran through everything and booked me in for the following day. Gave me a rough time and phoned me an hour before hand to let me know the time. The technician was named Liam and was lovely and polite. After it was fixed he explained what he had done and what else needed sorting and showed me how I could do it myself. Really happy with overall care from the company and Liam.

Aug 12,2024I got this company out to clean my DPF but as there was a fault (DPF sensor) according to the gentleman who came out, he could not clean it, which is fair comment, just be aware that the £150 deposit is non refundable so even if they cannot clean it you are charged this amount ( for a diagnostic check) which is triple what you would pay elsewhere

Aug 12,2024Had my check engine light come on, took it into the garage & paid for the diagnosis to find my DPF needed cleaning. booked with DPF Fixer to get this sorted paying a £150 "deposit" engineer came out and ran another diagnostic showing the sensor was faulty and he couldn't carry out any work until this was sorted. took it to another garage that sorted this for me but explained that cleaning would likely only temporarily resolve the issue and charged me £170 to replace the DPF (£190 less than a clean?). I then contacted DPF fixer to explain I no longer needed the cleaning and requested a partial refund of my deposit to be told this was non-refundable unless cancelled within 1 Hour of the booking! So now I have paid £150 for someone to tell me they couldn't help. I appreciate the engineer took their time to travel out and diagnose the issue but £150 for this is extortionate. Save the hassle and money and take it to a garage, as you won't pay a penny until the issue is fixed, as it should be!

Aug 12,2024Pete from DPF fixer (reg MD18 PHX) was spot on. Arrived nice and early, was really thorough with explaining the process to me and was able to identify any faults quickly. He gave spot on advice to how to keep an eye on the DPF in the future and was overall extremely helpful.

Guy plugged in, told me there was a fault with the additive pump but carried on with the clean regardless, and only after he had finished he informed me I'd need to take it to a garage to get the pump sorted. I still have the DPF light on and I'm still in limp mode.
