Jun 13,2024Did exactly what it said on the tin. Turned up when said. No messing or fuss. The technician Nathaniel was a lovely young man and very respectful. He went about his business and complete the job professionally. The car is purring like a kitten now and systems back to normal as was in Limp mode. The entire experience was non stressful. Telephone support was very helpful also and was down to earth. It is so good to see the personal touch these days. Thank you.

Jun 13,2024Knowing nothing about DPFs becoming blocked/ full I tried a number of options for getting them to regenerate which were not successful. Contacted DPF Fixer who arranged a next day appointment which was fulfilled by Igor on time and efficiently. It seemed quite costly but have nothing to compare it with. So it’s probably the going rate and has to be done. Apparently the damage is done by many short journeys and no long runs to let the DPF regenerate itself. That is something the car dealers don’t mention when they sell you the car!!!! Be aware that although the work is guaranteed if you have the full clean, it appears to be only for 2 weeks

Jun 12,2024I had my DPF Filter cleaned out by Zac. I liked how he explained what he was going to do and what to expect while he was doing it. He explained the before and after test results and left me feeling content that I understood what has just happened. Very pleased with his service.

Jun 12,2024The engineer (Gareth) could have charged me for cleaning the filter but said it didn't need it. Very honest, and left good advice to pass on to my regular mechanic about how to investigate the real problem.

Jun 12,2024Do not call these people until you get it checked with diagnostics first as they will attend spray cleaner in and then tell you that you need to have further work done to stop it clogging up again or the system going into limp mode £360 wasted as the vehicle cannot be used if it’s blocked then the regeneration isn’t working due to a fault you will not just drive away as their advert appears to claim Check their response to confirm my advice call only after diagnosis and repair whereupon you will not require them As advised by the company had the van checked no fault codes regen carried out to see if any codes appeared regen satisfactory so we could have used our van but spent more money having it checked after they said it was faulty lesson learned

Two years ago, I was very pleased with the service that I received from Lee, hence I am now a returning customer. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this company.

Jun 11,2024Good sales Comms and getting it booked in. The engineer was also great. However, after 5 weeks the problem has returned and DPF-Fixer have washed their hands of it. Janine in the aftercare service was rude, kept interrupting, and after a long winded ramble said they wouldn't do anything about it. The only evidence they could site was there own checks. Thus, recommend to stay away as they didn't fix the problem. Plus, in response to the reply I was clear in that the DPF lights have come back on, which was not the case on the second visit. In the second visit it was only the engine light. On the call I only summerised that "you were not going to do anything now". In short, you have washed your hands of me. No point paying hundreds of pounds for 5 weeks of a fix. Then Janine continued to ramble on. Terrible aftercare, solution didn't fix the problem and thus highly recommend to stay away.

Jun 07,2024I was at my witts end with my DPF , rebooted in the past but I'm relieved and confident my car is back on the road thanks to DPF fixer. Particularly Atilla who was a "very very very nice man" and provided a first class service . I was booked in Wednesday and fixed Thursday morning. You can't ask for better.
