May 29,2024Range Rover had a known issue of DPF Filter full and going into "limp" mode. Very dangerous and frustrating. Local garage had done a forces regen which worked for a short time (a few weeks). Happened again just after a long run so after reading reviews thought I would try DPF Fixer rather than have a new System fitted (Mega ££££) or sell the B****y car! Dave came out, as planned and on time, bringing a trainee as well. Both very friendly and polite *****Explained what the treatment was and completed in little over an hour. SO FAR everything is working great and the car is performing correctly a week after the treatment. Told by phone this should last for circa another 50000 miles, as long as the car gets a decent run every couple of weeks. Fingers crossed!

May 29,2024James came out the very next day and resolved the blocked dpf on my discovery sport. He ran a full diagnostic and told me how to avoid blocking the dpf in the future. Really happy with the service and compared to others out there the price was competitive. Thanks James

May 28,2024Just got off the phone to one of the people st DPF Mobile Fixer. Rude. Arrogant. Disrespectful. I talked in a calm manner and just gave information on what was asked nicely. The guy on the other end named - Alex. Was giving attitude and a tone that was very condescending. I just nicely repeated I was looking for a quote of price, he lost his patience, quickly responded “Yeah I know you’re just looking for a quote but I just need your details to give you one, oh wait it will cost you £500” then ended the call.

May 24,2024DPF Fixer were great. I called up on Friday morning and they were here just after lunchtime the same day. Darius was timely and friendly and managed to fix my exhaust filter as requested. After completing the job, Darius allowed me to test drive my car to ensure it was working and all warning lights had gone. Car is as good as new.

May 23,2024The service was terrible. Go elsewhere when I booked for DPF clean for my car it was not achieved. If this is not achieved they will keep the 120 pound they collect upfront. There equipment is not up to date

May 20,2024Called at 8.10am, explained the fault to the technician . He was very helpful and professional and even booked in the appointment for the same day at 11. Zac, the technician called to inform me of his estimated arrival. He arrived on Time, was very polite and friendly. Explained the fault and even pointed out the best way to avoide it. I hope I never have this DPF fault again, but if I do, I will definitely use DPF Fixer again

May 29,2024Arranged a time and date to fix the problem, rung me back later and asked if they could come a day earlier, brilliant. James a arrived at the said time and carried out the work, in poring rain, without any complaints or problems. James then asked me to take the car for a test run, all warning lights were out and the car ran as new. James explained what the problem had been and what to do to try and stop it happening again, he could not of been more helpful. Thanks James well done.
