Jun 07,2024A guy called nic sorted my dpf, but more than that he saved me spending loads of money on another fault my van had that a garage was trying to rip me off with. He sorted that problem for free and gave me advice on how to deal with stuff like that in the future. Absolute legend and very professional. Very glad I went with these guys.

Jun 01,2024Honestly, this service was faultless. They were surprisingly flexible with the location and timings that I required their services. My engineer was Jamie and he was extremely good at explaining what the process is, what the problem was and how it effects the vehicle. I found this incredibly important seeing as I know nothing about cars. Due to faults found with my car during Jamie's diagnostic, I had to have repairs done and call the company back out to do another treatment a few days later. Yet again, the communication between the office and engineers allowed them to be flexible enough to see me even though I had called and canceled earlier that morning. I can not promote this company's professionalism enough!

May 31,2024Brilliant service, had a call when Zac was 50 minutes away and he arrived right on time. Entire process explained to me very clearly and I was updated throughout. Car now drives like a dream and I was also advised about aftercare and given assurances that if there are any further problems I should call. Couldn’t ask for better.

May 31,2024Not helpful. I was informing them on my diagnostic from garage and asking for further advice as garage cannot do it-something to do with Adblue. They said they too can’t do it and I tried to ask if they could advise and they basically hung up on me! Didn’t explain anything or even say bye. Replying to their reply (below). That doesn’t explain why you just hang up during my mid sentence.. just proven how rude your company is and acknowledging you ended the call intentionally.

May 30,2024I paid £100 deposit so they could come out and check my DPF which was blocked. After about 20 minutes they decided it was too blocked they didn't have the equipment to unblock it. They kept my £100. Unbelievable since diagnostics would have been half that amount in a normal garage. There was no disclaimer in the event it was too blocked they could not fix it. Thanks for nothing!

May 29,2024From booking to completion was smoth and straightforward. Nic the engineer rang 30 minutes before arrival, when he did arrive he went through the process, checked the codes then started to do his thing first he checked that all the relevant sensors were ok he then went on to do a physical clean of the DPF. The whole process took just over aan hour. Nic also explained that i should take it for a run at least once a month on high reves 2500 to keep the DPF clear. Can defenatly recomend.
