Oct 17,2024Logan was pleasant and very thorough. According to Citroën dealership that I took my car to, I was advised DPF needed a replacement. I got intouch with DPF Fixer, ran diagnostics found a myriad of problems and none of the DPF related. Although the filter didn't require cleaning nor replacing, Logan was helpful in the advice he gave me.

Oct 15,2024Guys stay away from this called specialist because after I call them and ask details about how much they will charge me , they say they don't have a price and they close the call. After 2 days they asked more details or my review will be deleted, so I will provide more details, I call to ask a quote and I say very clear that I removed my injectors to send them to be tested and I will put them back, the guy from phone keep repeating that first to put my injectors and to call back after I did this, I was very clear that I will do this but I want to know how.much I will need to pay and he keep saying that and he close the call when I keep talking, I say I need to know how much before we go with them to do it, I don't want you to come and at the end to say 2000 pound I need to pay, this details we talk before you come right? What is the difference if I will call back after I install the injectors and I will call back? I say to that person that this is not an issue and the injectors well be back on the engine before you coming, the guy was so rude and unprofessional. I came with update so you understand that I say ignore the injectors part because for this reason was removed from the engine, to get clean and fix it need it, so o was very clear that the injectors will be there already when you will come if the price is ok, but that guy keep repeating to put injectors, hello I revived the injectors and I will put back , not you so what was so hard to give me a quote for your service? Other companies they give me strengths the Price,

Oct 15,2024I was some what apprehensive about trusting anyone to clean the DPF in my Audi Q5. When Nic arrived he explained in full exactly what everything was and what he was going to do, he talked me through every stage of the clean spent a good 2 hours making sure every thing was perfect even down to saying give the car a good run afterwards as there may still be some cleaning fluid in the dpf. Everything about the company and the engineer “Nic” was first class and I would highly recommend there services.

Attila came out to sort my Ford Transit connect and was very friendly, professional and kept me up to date and explained everything he was doing throughout. He also gave me tips on how to look after my van properly for the future. I would 100% recommend Atilla and the DPF Fixer company.

Oct 14,2024We had a wonderful friendly bloke come out all the way from wales to Staffordshire to our ford galaxy to fix our Dpf filter, he explained everything in great detail and our car is now running smoother than ever. I’m so grateful for his services as our car was nearly a goner. I’d 100% recommend this company and I have their number stalled in my phone incase of future faults.

Oct 14,2024Called DPF and they sent Gareth out within 3 hours. He diagnosed the issue and sorted it within 1.5hours. Very knowledgeable guy explaining what he was doing as he went along. Unfortunately EM light came back on next day, called Gareth and he attended within the hour. Transpires it was a faulty sensor. I went to pick a replacement up from a local autoparts shop, while Gareth gave the DPF another really good clean. He swopped the sensor over whilst the clean was happening, car been running like a dream ever since. Excellent service and would 100% recommend.
