Oct 31,2024I was a bit suspicious to start with because I had never heard of this company, we found them on the internet. I read previous reviews so called. So glad I did, Marius came the next day, was prompt and very efficient. He actually found we had too much oil in the engine which had caused the issue. ( garage had put oil in). Car has now been serviced and fingers crossed all ok!

Oct 31,2024I was glad to get my DPF filter cleaned, as it was unexpected and had put my car into limp mode, Baz the engineer, carried out the task in a professional manner and gave me some good advice I asked for, I made it only 4 stars due to it being expensive, maybe London rates! All in though the job was well done, thank you.

Oct 31,2024They claim that they have cleaned the DPF which in not being done properly The Warning light comes on when vehicle is driven for two miles soot level is 26 grams they said that is normal they were no interested to solve the issue They charged me for the work is not carried out on a professional manner

Oct 31,2024Previously used DPF fixer and they done a fantastic job alerted me to a sensor issue that I just never got round to fixing so my EML came on again about 9months due to the sensor issue not feeding the right data etc it became blocked again quite significantly, but before I knew this I took it to the garage and they told me it was an issue with the sensor that I was told about before on my last clean with DPF fixer, after fixing the sensor they then couldn’t regenerate because the DPF was blocked I asked them if it could be cleaned to which they said no it can’t and that I would need a whole new DPF and it would cost me around £1500, I was hesitant and said I would call them back I phoned DPF Fixer just to get a feel of things and the person told me on the phone that I absolutely do not need a new DPF unless X,Y and Z had happened which it hadn’t so I booked in a clean with them 2 days to come to my house, I had the MOT due in 4 days so was a Hail Mary but low and behold Andras turned up nice and early was extremely friendly, and about roughly an hour later my DPF particulate percentage was down to 0% from 300% something that the Ford garage said couldn’t be done, the car regened perfectly fine something ford garage had been trying to do for weeks, The EML cleared and I manage to save myself £1200 roughly, and the car passed the MOT. Having used the service 2 times now both time doing exactly as it says on the tin, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DPF Fixer.

Oct 31,2024Don’t use.Cost me over £400 for a clean and cars worse than before plus was told needed oil change and pressure sensor about £300 they won’t come back out just said to take it to garage

He quickly diagnosed the problem with my van anti pollution warning and informed me that he didn’t need to proceed with a filter clean, saving me an unnecessary expense. He carefully explained the problem and sent me a clear detailed report immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending DPF Fixer.

Oct 25,2024The serviceman called Attila has arrived on time and explained to me properly what he was going to do.After, he finished he fixed all the Dpf issues and both orange and red engine management fault lights and stop/start all went off.Also Attila gave me some important advice and told me about which routine maintenance services needed to be carried out in order to avoid the risk of the same faults happening again in the future.I recommend Attila for this kind of job.

Oct 24,2024The serviceman who arrived at the time arranged was Attila from Warrington. He explained everything he was going to do and carried out a full clean on the exhaust dpf, found a split in a pipe and replaced it immediately. I would recommend them and use them again.

Oct 24,2024Discovery 5 went into limp mode on dpf full light. Peter came out and was fantastic. His knowledge about it all was amazing. Within 24hrs the car was sorted on site. Even gave me valuable fault diagnostic where required. Would definitely use again. Saved me a fortune in Worksop and recovery costs (400miles home).

Alex booked me in and could offer me a same day to come and fix the problem, clear pricing ! Then Gareth the technician arrived on time ran me through the dynostics and explained everything clearly friendly and efficiently before fixing the filter .
