Nov 20,2024What a Company!! They responded right away by phone and talked me through what they did to fix the DPF on my car. Offered an appointment the next morning and came to my home at 8.45am, by 10am my car was fixed. The technician was Zac and he was so helpful and courteous. Didn't make me feel silly because I didn't know what a DPF was. After he fixed it he went with my husband on a 12 mile drive to test it on his computer. Toyota couldn't fix the problem even after sitting in the garage for 5hrs waiting for the car but DPF fixers Ltd completed the job in 1hr 15mins and that is with the test drive. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Nov 19,2024Dissatisfied Customer They are not trustworthy in terms of pricing. They tell you one thing encourage you to make 50% deposit of the agreed price. On the day of the appointment the mechanic tells you something different. If you object then your deposit is forfeited. It's a dirty trick they employed on me. Customers please be aware. I will Not use them again.

Nov 19,2024Absolute charlatans charged £1250 to clean the DPF only for it to have to be replaced as DPF was damaged hence the failure Tried saying the diagnostics lead them to offer the service . No it was the pure greed and ripping off the customer that was the motive. Will be pursuing through the courts . Stay away from this company You say you want the opportunity to review my case you have already accused me of trying to get away with not paying for the outrageously high price for a service not necessary in the 1st place . You have my details so contact me via e mail if you really want to or this standard answer for the fact this is on a public site ? I already appealed to DPF fixer your response was . You were quoted the price and that’s it as far as you’re concerned . Anyone can delete an error code off a diagnostics which is what your technician did. He even said the warning light was likely to come back on . Also charged an extra £50 for replacement of a boost pipe on top of the £250 deposit and the £949 you took off my credit card . He was brilliant, explained everything in a simplistic way so i could understand what was happening, he was fantastically efficient and overall i was very impressed with the organisation and all the help they provided to get my car back on the road. Nov 16,2024I booked a dpf clean on the 28th October then cancelled within the hour as per their terms and conditions for a full refund . I have my phone records to confirm this and they still took £150 deposit from my account and haven’t returned it . Will have to take it up with my bank on Monday

The person I spoke with, Andy, was a great help and booked me in the same day as I needed my car. He was polite, explained things and a great help. Within an hour Dave arrived. Great guy and fixed the problem. Very polite and professional... I would totally recommend this company

After doing the initial diagnostics he explained everything to me(in layman’s terms) and did not do the DPF cleaning as it was ok and the fault was coming from somewhere else. His explanation was second to none and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. A very professional individual.Zoltan, thank you very much for your help. I honestly thought all the good people had left the country.

Nov 11,2024Phoned on Thursday and got an appointment the following Monday morning as my engine management light had lit up on my Golf of 6 years old. Dan originally phoned to say he was on his way, and arrived promptly. Dan then ran his diagnostic check and evaluated that a clean was in order. Problem solved. Dan then showed me the before and after results, and gave me some additional advice. Overall, a fantastic service and a really decent chap. Highly recommended.
