Nov 09,2024Disgusted by the aftercare received. Happy to book in my car and take my money. Two visits to actually clean the dpf but the codes were not cleared and error lights remained on, third visit to actually clear codes but still not done. Only error codes are for dpf and as I was requesting they remove these the sales person was rude, refused to sort the issue and informed me that the aftercare team would not reply to me.

Nov 08,2024Liam was superb , he arrived early. I received texts and calls to let me know that he was at my location. Completed all the work that was needed . No mess , quick and efficient. Explained what he was doing. There was a lot of smoke when it was burning off the soot but that is normal so don’t panic. Took less than 2 hours to complete. Gave me advisory things that need to be replaced which I will do. Great service especially when a garage informed me I needed a new DPF filter from Land Rover at a total cost of 3k and could not be cleaned which was incorrect. I called up and booked for the next day. Alex (I think) was great on the initial call to set the booking up too. The report you get is very comprehensive too which is emailed to you after completion. Well done , would recommend this service. If you are in doubt and told that you need a new DPF filter then speak with this company first. Just saved me £2500.

Nov 08,2024Fantastic company. After being told to scrap my van as it would cost upwards of of £3000 to fix I was in a difficult position as I need my vehicle to run my business. Luckily found Dpf fixed online so gave them a call. I was assured that if it was a dbf blockage they would guarantee it could be cleared. They came out the next day. The engineer couldn’t have been friendlier and knowledgeable and true to their word within an hour I was back up and running. Fair price. I can’t recommend enough

Nov 01,2024Paid 150 for a guy to come to be told the car didn't need a dpf clean Clearly it did when we later on got someone else to come out and do it so their "top of the range" equipment is 0/10 😂 Quick enough to take £150 off you before they even come out. And your best friend on the phone before booking then when there's issues they are horrible. Got told it would be an AM slot didn't turn up till half 12 in the day either which I had to chase up. Still 3 days on haven't got the report that I paid £150 for. Which I've also had to chase up! It should be sent as soon as the work is done! £150 to be here half an hour. Rip off! Scam avoid avoid avoid. Better companies out there that actually do the work. I'll be taking this further.

Oct 31,2024Had Dave from DPF fixer come to do a DPF clean on my Ford transit at home on my driveway in Bristol, on inspection he found another major issue that was causing me problems and offered to help get that fixed too. Very friendly and helpful, got the problem sorted. Highly recommend
