Oct 16,2020Draker's management services have been very useful and organised. With clear communication and professionalism, I as a Landlord/property manager, am able to attend to my other tasks without having to worry about the service that my tenants or my own admin for my properties as service being received is premium. My agent has been Jack Stone however I am quite sure that any Draker agent will be of quality service to any new clients needs.

Oct 15,2020I've now moved flats three times in three years, and been shown around flats all around London by various agents and agencies. By far Arsh at Draker's Fulham Broadway has been the best agent to deal with. He went out of his way to understand my requirements and find a property that meets them. Arsh took a balanced and measured approach to dealing with both my expectations and the landlords ensuring that both parties would be happy with the result, which is exactly what you want from an estate agent. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a property to drop by Draker's lettings in Fulham and ask for Arsh.

Oct 15,2020I have been working with other agents the past few weeks to find a suitable apartment. Draker letting, was different. Jordana had showed me apartments in two days more the than the others showed me in a week. What was also different is that she really asks questions and dig deep to understand the client’s needs. It was a very good experience, I highly recommend working with her and her company.

Oct 13,2020I really don't recommend that agency or at least Edward. We went to see a flat studio because on the phone he told us a price and in person he told us it was more money. He made us waste our time and after talking to the landlord about that studio, flat asked us for even more money. I do not recommend it!!!

Oct 12,2020Liam and team from Fulham Broadway brunch are simply amazing. As landlord I was so lucky having them (recommendation) and they really did best finding me the tenant with maximum two days gap (short term tenant who left my flat happily every time) l and it took them only 4 days to get me the tenant for 2yrs and for asking price. Landlord and tenants just try them and the rest leave to them!

Oct 06,2020Thank you Draker Lettings, Fulham Broadway for excellent service. One of your team members Arsh was very helpful, friendly and professional. The property was exactly the same as per photos. However, there were couple of issues with heating and hot water, but they were resolved immediately thanks to great communication. Lastly, the team was helpful in being flexible for the delivery of keys and kept me updated throughout the letting process. Highly recommend!
