Everyone can behave like a fantasist, unless your agent is like an alchemist bringing all parties together, making it all seem fair whether renting In Kensington, Knightsbridge, Fulham, Chelsea or Sloane Square! Tim and his team make it easy, without the bull.. because at times it can feel like Mission Impossible... So if you’re looking for an agent that’s a mover and a shaker, just pick up the phone and just call Draker...

From my experience, I would say that Draker agency overall seems to have a slightly higher standard compared to other agencies.

Jordan not only showed us some great properties which matched our criteria very well, but he also guided our transition into London and helped us settle down. We had several viewings with other agents from various agencies and Jordan was by far the best one. We highly recommend using Draker.

Arsh and the team at Draker have had clear, upfront communication guiding us through all steps of the tenancy process which has been very much appreciated. We were able to secure the property and sign the contracts on the day of viewing thanks to their prompt work. We have only just moved in to the property however we are very happy with the service from Arsh and Draker Lettings so far.

Mo and his team are very professional and caring I trusted them completely. Mo found me a very good Tenant at this difficult time with Covid-19 going on. He took time to understand my requirements and learned from every discussion we had about the properties we've seen together so every next choice he offered was closer to the "dream home". I believe he was a strong advocate for me as a prospective tenant while collegiately looking after the interest of the landlord. Oct 16,2020John Church of Draker Lettings helped me find my flat. After arriving from the US, my flat search had to be completed virtually. John was very responsive through text and email. I told him a few things I wanted in my flat and he found one almost immediately. He sent me video of the flat and even had a personal FaceTime call with me to view the flat. John is very friendly and approachable, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. I would 100% recommend Draker!

Their prices for letting fees and managing service is competitive; we have not found anyone who charges less than Draker, and their direct competitors in our area all charge more. Draker has always given us nothing less than exceptional service: sound advice, great attention to detail, professional and reliable service, extra help with things when they come up (and they often do in this business - they even helped us actually move a sofa up a flight of stairs!), and always with genuine care to deliver quality to their clients. The founder, Tim Hassle, is very genuine in his professionalism and care for people and this business, always seeking the best for all parties involved, and that is reflected throughout the company. It has been great to see Draker thrive over the years.
