Sep 28,2020Jack and Luci made my first time renting in London a very smooth and pleasant experience. We were meant to see another property with Luci but she called the same day saying she’d found something that had just come onto the market which she thought was a perfect fit. It was exactly what we’d been looking for and it saved us a bunch of time we would have spent going to viewings. Throughout communication was quick and efficient, and they were great point of contact with the Landlord, helping with questions and discussions. The tone was friendly and courteous throughout, which made it a very positive experience. Before moving in they had booked an extra cleaning to get it up to an exceptional standard. Jack personally checked all the lightbulbs and ensured the fridges and hot water was turned on. Super professional and excellent service, would highly recommend Draker!

Sep 27,2020I rarely write reviews but when Mo asked me to, I did not hesitate. I have rarely seen an estate agent with a partnership approach towards both the landlord and tenant. And, that is what I experienced with Mo and Jordan. Professional. Reliable. Knowledgeable. And, empathic. Sep 26,2020As a landlord, I have known Drakers for over 6 years now and I have let my flat twice with them. Having had a point of comparaison with other agencies, I can say that they come way and above any of the other (large) agencies I have used in London. Their service is first class, they are extremely personable, efficient, flexible and professional. Luci has recently been my point of contact and she has been excellent, hard working, flexible, extremely organised and friendly. She knows our flat, the area and our “requirements” and will find you the tenant that is right for you. I also know Jack but also Tim (who have had the opportunity to meet/speak to more than once) and again both are first class. Highly highly recommended!

On my flat hunt, I worked with other agencies, but no one came even remotely close to this company's dedication and communication. I highly recommend Antonio if you work with him as an agent, he is uniquely cordial, energetic, and responsive. All in all, Draker lettings is the way to go.

Sep 23,2020I live downstairs a flat that is managed by draker. It leaked a couple times and draker did nothing excepting for dragging the whole thing. Now it has been almost 5 months. I organised plumbers to fix problems and they did nothing. It is unfair to be treated by this agent without any decency and urgency.

Whilst being highly professional, they are still very friendly and always here to listen and help. Sep 21,2020This is a professional operation. The people are keen and do the business. There is less of a corporate atmosphere than in some other quarters. I'm not a fan of letting agents generally, but if you need one, you need them to think about the service they are offering rather than about their own role and status. From recent experience, I would judge that, currently at least, in the Notting Hill area, this firm fits the bill.
