Specific points to highlight include (but are not limited to) Mo's incredible level of responsiveness, the support he provided throughout -- and after -- the process, the creativity he leveraged in identifying prospective properties, and his ability to build and maintain relationships with both tenants and landlords after a process is completed. I would strongly recommend him to any of my colleagues and friends.

I came across an advert of a flat managed by Draker and upon writing to them was immediately contacted by their staff member Edward Lloyd, who took on my search as a challenge and with great initiative dove into the market and arranged viewings. His friendly and honest demeanour helped me to get through the process of viewings and decisions with relative ease.

I recommend any landlord work with this team as they are outstanding, so much so I now work with them exclusively. Jack Stone is excellent; he and his team have consistently found me reliable tenants (my flats haven't been empty for one day). Jack is very easy to work with and he is reliable, honest and knowledgeable. Once your flat is rented it is a pleasure to work with Victoria Rhoades-Brown and Sabrina Alam. They are also excellent; always willing to help with financial statements, finding a vendor, or helping me keep up-to-date with new landlord legal requirements. Overall, I am extremely pleased with everyone at Draker and would recommend them to anyone.
