Mar 09,2022Everything is great until you get a bottle of wine that is undrinkable. Then you'll be expected to carry out a plethora of tasks to prove it, despite offering to return the undrinkable product for them to test for themselves. When I raised this with them, they closed my case and marked it as "solved".

Mar 23,2022I write to advise others that they should not expect to get the product advertised when they order from this company. I have recently referred them to the Trading Standards after having been supplied with a wine other than that advertised but hidden within a case of the ordered wine. They may be OK if you're not that bothered about what you drink but are certainly not a company from whom to order anything more than cheap BBQ wines Further to the company reply. It is nice to get an explanation, of sorts, though it would have been better still had it come to my initial query to Customer Relations who gave me no detail at all. However, anyone who understands anything about wine knows that it is either impossible ( or deliberate and illegal) to fill a case marked 2014 with wines of any other vintage let alone one 5 years younger.
