They have a wide variety of wines and spirits. The delivery was as expected, it arrived just in time for my mom’s birthday. 100% recommended!

They have a great selection of wines and spirits from all over the world. I found a bottle of rum I was drinking whilst on holiday in Spain which I loved. Arrived in no time.

Stay clear!!!! Ordered a christmas present at the beinging of December, said 5 days for delivery and still not received my item, my order details are Order #548465 (placed on 2019-12-04 11:52:11) I've tried calling a number of times but get cut off everytime, I've emailed several times to get no reply! I am very disappointed and upset by this company so please take my advice and spend your money else where. Update: 15/01/2020 Well still waiting to hear from customer support what a load of bull**** of a reply I was given, all to make them look better but there no better, no refund, I ordered the last bottle and was told I was broken in transport so a replacement was sent (hows this when it was the last bottle?) Only for this one to have been broken too and told as it was due to transport issues I was not entitled to a refund! Hope this company is ready for my fury which is on its was to them! Also I'm not a Mr, I am not called steve which my email was addressed to. I am Miss Dawn Hildreth, female!!!!!!!

avoid like the plague,,ordered on 4/12 with 5 day delivery still not received 20/12 tracking says still in post nl company ignores all my e mails dont answer phone now trying to get refund.will be reporting this company as fraud / order no#256453

Kind operators who are victims of processes that do not work well. My package did not initially appear on company systems (after three days). Then they found it but in three days they hadn't been able to see my email asking them to insert a gift card (as provided on their website) and to remove the receipt with the prices. The impression is that there is no established business reality behind it.

order #549366-1 It’s a shame I didn’t read more reviews before ordering. Ordered at the start of December with expected del between 5 and 7 days. It’s the 17th and according to the tracking the item that was for a christmas present still isn’t in the UK: really poor, no communication from the company and now looking to get a refund!

I bought 6 bottles of expensive wine on 11th November. On 24th November it said it couldn’t be delivered because of a broken bottle. Ever since I have been chasing to try and get a refund or re-delivery but they are now ignoring me. It’s 17th December now, so nearly 6 weeks after I ordered and paid. They have £191 of my money. I am contacting fraud police. DO NOT USE - SCAM

Ordered a case for Christmas on the 6.12.19 with a 5 day delivery and still waiting for it I’ve tried contacting them via the web but no reply eve. The phone which is in Spanish just rings off the hook

Order Number: #542798 Ordered a Christmas present on 28th November, still no sight of it. No way to get through to support and no reply through social media. It as easily could be a problem with Hermes as it seems like it's got to them but we really need a way to contact the company direct as the parcel companies don't deal with customers direct.

I ordered a christmas present for my Son who is visiting for 2 days before flying off back to Brazil. The banner on the website stated "order by 15 December for delivery before Christmas"- great I thought as I found the exact item he wanted. I ordered on 14 December and paid. The delivery is now after Christmas and you cannot get through on their phone number. Very Disappointed and shocking customer service - STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! I was in a hurry and stupidly tried to order a bottle to be delivered in France thinking it was a french website. I started worrying when the money was taken and didn't receive a confirmation email. After calling I realized this is a Spanish (so no way I'll get that bottle for Christmas). The fact that there is no email or chat probably indicates that they must receive so many complaints they can't handle them.

I have ordered a parcel and it has not arrived. I have tried contacting customer services and they have not gotten back to me. When i click track it it is coming up parcel not found. It is stressful as it has been 2 weeks.

Ok when all is well Customer service poor ( somewhere in Spain) I was told Thurs 1400 ish to deal with this next Monday (on-line) No follow up from them on Friday. No support because Isolde was not available. I wish could buy the wine elsewhere. DHL tracking has told me the shipment was broken in Germany and not deliverable. Hours later a delivery driver delivers the package in Surrey! The second shipment (4 days separated from the first) Has been recorded as being in the "International sorting office" since the 2/12/19 with no shipping update. All of a sudden it is in the UK being delivered on the 6th. How can you manage this. Anyway it has not arrived. Chris

i ordered wine 3-11-2019 I still did not recieve it and it looks like it has sent back to Spain instead to me in The Netherlands, Two times i asked for help. I haven't got any answer. Where is my order? I was called just some minutes ago and got some information. Very Friendly

I came back to drinks&co recently after a break due to both costs and service, they have been re-branded recently and l had hoped that things may have picked up. I have an outstanding order, a large one for me, but l cannot get any tracking detail from them, even at the third time of asking. It is unlikely that l will bother with them again, but don't let my experiences cloud your judgement. I will return to Uvinium for service and price, accountability is miles better in my view having dealt with both companies. Can l suggest that you judge for yourselves?

The wine was ordered with Uvinum/Drinks&co on 19-Jul-19 and received in July. Multiple bottles had two different types of anti-theft collar attached. Uvinum offered me 2 complementary bottles as compensation on 1-Aug-19. That offer was accepted by me and shipping was shown on the Uvinum system. Without explanation, that accepted written offer was secretly withdrawn and the shipping data was suddenly and unilaterally deleted. Many other offers were made with the final offer €10, a small fraction of the return shipping cost of £36.12. I rejected this offer. Uvinum asked me to deal direct and abdicated their responsibilities. The first contact e-mail provided by Uvinum for me to use was invalid. I decided in October that the only way forward was to return the bottles as the shipment was defective. I had disposed of the packaging back in August when I accepted the offer. Garrafeira Nacional agreed to send me new packaging. The packaging arrived but was too small for the bottles.......
