Service from ordering to after care has been excellent with any issue or question resolved and answered promptly.The products supplied work very well and provide brilliant output any time of day or night. Apr 06,2016These guys are brilliant. They know their stuff. They are pretty good on timing. That did a very neat job of wiring a house of 15 units for interent and replacing the door entry system. They were reasonably priced. They always answer the phone and get back promptly, their after care is second to none. I only wish I'd give them the fire system to look after too!

Mar 30,2016Upon commissioning DTS to complete our CCTV installation, I found Anthony (our project manager) to be one of the most reliable and concerned professionals to deal with. He took our needs very seriously, and worked very long hours to ensure our system was fully functional by the very tight deadline we had to work to. throughout the installation we encountered numerous difficulties with relation to the electrics of the building, however, Anthony and the team, never more than a phone call away, were highly responsive and dealt with these issues as a priority.

Nov 17,2015DTS were called to upgrade the CCTV security system at our school (Dundonald) which has worked really well. After a survey of the premises and some advice, they offered a few options which proved to be good value too. Now the range is much wider and the quality of the images clearer / sharper than our previous equipment. Downloading footage was always an issue for us in the past, now this is much more intuitive.

May 21,2016The company are just down the road from my house and after I dropped in to the shop to make enquiries, Anthony came to my house to carry out the survey. He advised me what I needed after finding out my requirements and the job was quickly arranged. The guys who installed the equipment were efficient and explained how it all worked. After a couple of months I had an issue with a faulty camera and this was promptly replaced. They also advised me about my IP address when I could not access the server on my mobile phone. I always believe in using local companies and I can recommend this company.
