Jul 14,2016DTS are passionate about the work that they do and are very skilled, two important factors when selecting an installation of an alarm and CCTV cameras. They did an amazing job at my property . Prior to sealing the deal I spoke to other Alarm and CCTV companies but I didn’t sense the passion and expertise which was important to me after a burglary incident. The staff were very friendly and considerate during the installation. They established a good affinity with me, during the installing further instilling my confidence in them. They went through all the operations of the devices and provided demos, and they were not in a rush. The equipment they provide is of a high quality and very smart, minimalistic and sleek which assimilates well within the digital world that we live in today. I have recommended DTS and will continue to do so.

Jun 16,2016I called for an emergency call out and they responded straight away. The next day I had the CCTV set up and running. I was given a very professional service which I can say they will always be the first people I call for any other service to do with protection towards my house. They offered me great advice on what to get and the location on where to set up my system. I now feel extremely safe and protected at my house, couldn't of got a better company to do this job !

May 21,2016Prior to purchasing a DVR from them I was in contact with one of their staff (Anthony) on an almost daily basis with prompt responses. After reading other good reviews for this company on TrustPilot I decided to go ahead and purchase a DVR to replace my faulty one. Placed the order and paid on a Monday and was told should receive it by Thursday. On Thursday morning the same week I reached out to their Customer Service Team asking when to expect delivery... no reply. So the same day evening I called their direct number and was told one of their colleagues will email me the tracking number. On Friday afternoon... still no email. Emailed Anthony at 3pm the same Friday and still no reply. Called again on Saturday to get an update and was finally told the tracking number. My experience for a first time buyer from DTS London has been very poor. I, as a customer, had to do a lot of chasing. Seems that as soon as I parted with my money they don't want to know me any more. I will provide another review once (if!) I receive my new DVR... ---------------------- EDIT: 11-July-2017 After having received my DVR everything worked perfectly. Was able to get it connected to my existing cameras, setup remote viewing, and also setup motion alerts. Got a call from DTS to follow up on my previous review and they were very apologetic. A few months later got a follow up email asking if everything was OK and if I needed any assistance in getting things setup they'd be more than happy to help. After the initial hiccup, a very good team of people and great customer service. Changing rating from 2 stars to 5 stars!! :) Thanks DTS!!
