The Vetinary nurse went to give my dog a injection that wasn’t for him I was told carateation was £155 including medication and Jew claw removal £13 but after paying £41 consultation fee I was emailed with a total of £910 then got told where did I get that amount from its £300 and something but they told me £910 in a email so feel I paid £41 for nothing g really cause if I was told that price to start with I wouldn’t have had consultation done I would have gone elsewhere so I’m disgusted with how I was treated by this place
I have recently started using easipetcare Derby, having used other veterinary practices for over 45 years. I found the veterinary nurse very helpful getting my rabbit castrated. Very simple process from booking the appointment to the operation. Excellent job and helpful. Then my cat had a poorly ear. Vet check, explanation. Given antibiotics and pain relief. I originally did think in operable tumour, or infection from middle ear and this too was discussed with the vet. A week later and back to the vet. My cat was 20 years old and never easy to loose a much loved pet, however the vet and I was in agreement that the tumour was aggressive and there was no choice but to pts. The vet and veterinary nurse was proffessional, very caring and put my cats quality of life, before allowing unnecessary suffering and charging for unnecessary medication, that I have seen many times in the past with the bigger veterinary practices. I will use these vets for my other animals as we are also a rescue of traumatised and abused animals. Thank you for being so compassionate. RIP Sammy
Excellent service - the practice may not look immaculate but it is clean and well organised. All the staff appear to love all the animals that come in and the vets themselves make such a fuss of our cats.
Took my bunny to easipetcare Reading where they did his vaccines and trimmed his teeth. Very pleased with service and little bunny is much happier with his teeth and now eating so much better- thank you!
Very helpful staff lovely vets always a great service
As always Easipetcare treated Ruby with care and she is never frightened of visiting.
cheaper yeah ok was nearly tricked into paying 67 quid for few tablets water infection when got to counter it went up to 78 quid i refused went next door pdsa left donation ,,such rip off
Very happy with the service
Really rude - speak to their customers like utter rubbish. Always late been in there for an hour, only for a gentleman behind reception to start 2 arguments with 2 patients and talk to them like dirt. Really unacceptable and will not be returning.
Amazingly helpful, friendly, and courteous staff who provide good services at times convenient for full-time workers. They handled my reactive rescue dog well, and we've already been back for a vaccination appointment where my dog was significantly less stressed. I knocked off one star because there was a very minor follow-up action from my visit that hasn't happened... but all-in-all I'd recommend this veterinary practice.
Easy, friendly service. Can get appointments quite easily. Better than the GP's surgery by miles.
Very friendly staff, helpful & reasonable prices. Very good long term health plans, excellent prices. Great vets & appointments available in person which I struggled to find after COVID. So much better than standing in a carpark with a poorly pet!
Excellent service and care for anamals
Friendly, caring and helpful :)
Had a appointment at 4.15 receptionist said they were running 5-10 minutes late 45 minutes later I finally get seen in the meanwhile the receptionist said I was next and people coming in after me were getting seen. Customer service is a joke do not recommend will not be returning with my pets!!!!!!
Please avoid that Vet!!!! We booked a first kitten package. Very disappointed!!! The reception staff are helpless and rude. The Nurse just did a vaccine and microchip in two minutes (very professionally! Only one good point) but didn’t ask any question and no any explanation. Was it a health check we paid for? We need to come back in three weeks time for the second dose, and I am thinking to choose another vet. Never come back to them!
Shocking. Avoid at all costs. Reasons - It’s grimy and very unprofessional. The vets are nice but most have limited English non of them are from the U.K which can be difficult. They ask for payment upfront when you call to book then cancel minutes no joke minutes before your appointment and make it really difficult to get a refund and ignore emails. You have to email as if you call requesting they refund you they hang up and won’t speak to you. The most shocking customer service ever. They currently have over 2 hundred pounds of mine as I paid in advance for treatments that they cancelled last minute now it’s a battle to get it back. They said they have refunded me but it was another lie. So much stress, inconvenience and terrible service. Save yourself the agro and go else where.
Where to start? 1st time here (well actually second but will get onto that) and it was amazing. The girls on the desk are lovely and polite they are approachable and smile when you look at them which helps, especially if your not from kettering. We had the ferret booked in for a vasectomy but crossed wires on my part meant we originally missed our appointment on the 11th may and had turned up on the 12th. We go in after getting lost and find out we missed it, the girl goes out back comes back and says since were already here the surgeon is willing to do it still. Well it only goes and turns out that it still couldn't happen that day as the surgeon who does the vasectomy was not in only the castration was available which for us was not a option. The lady was very professional, apologetic and rebooked us for the following tue so now he is all done and recovering and its all thanks to easipet care. They were respectful amd cheerful so thanks easipetcare.
My cat was ill and did not know why. I had an appointment for a few days time but my cat got considerably worse. I rang and in over 30 mins constant ringing no one answered the phone. They advise to go down in an emergency so I did. The waiting room was empty so I do not know why they did not answer the phone. They then refused to see my cat. I ended up at an emergency vet who was fantastic and diagnosed a bite from another cat as the issue. I will never go back to Easipet again.
