I'm not sure why Easipets are getting bad reviews. As I qualify I stead I took my elderly cat to the PDSA. Saw a vet nurse, she couldn't get rid of us fast enough! Now on the phone to book an appointment at Easipets Chatham for a second opinion- couldn't be more helpful. It's Tuesday today and they've booked an appointment for Thursday morning. Imo the 'customer service' is great. I'm so worried about my cat, can't wait to see a vet who will listen to my concerns. Easipet Chatham, I couldn't be happier with you ❤️
I have attempted to resolve issues privately for coming close to 4 months. They are a pathetic excuse of a Vets practice, and I can say this reassuringly after experiencing positive and effective veterinary care since switch practice. Samuel Hall is a coward, a pathetic excuse of a man and is more interested in hiding than being a genuinely caring practitioner. This isn’t a post from a bitter person at all, and all of my communications with them including their internal ‘impartial’ service, is actually a closed shop to protect themselves and not actually aim to be a customer service led business at all. They do not follow their own practice guidelines when it comes to charges to their customers, communication is poor/non-existent. The communication and perception of situations are just embarrassing. Emotions aside to what has happened to my poor cat that has resulted in her eye being taken out and subsequently deteriorated and has now been put down. DO NOT GOT TO EASIPETCARE Chatham or Dartford. Under the stewardship of Samuel Hall, you may get lucky with some positive service, but I can tell you from experience of being a customer of theirs and now not, there are better Vets out there. Someone who comes from Canterbury and a family man of young children, I would expect much better.
Easipetcare Chatham Be careful of these vets, charged me more money from my card than was sent to my petcare plan. I have to report the transaction to my bank as fraud. was charged £120 for a consultation and treatment plan, with possible x-rays to follow, and asked to get pre cover for this by vet. When I went to pay for this, I was first charged the sum for consultation and an anti-inflammatory course. I submitted it to Petplan, but only when the vet input the costs as claim, they only put in £90.00. When I received this, I contacted the branch, spent 30 minutes on the phone, they knew nothing at the front desk, saying I don't know, kept going to see a financial person who manages claims, then told me there had been an outstanding balance on the account, I don't have an account with them? I asked for an itemized bill, when I paid, I asked again a week later and now I have filled in the complaint form, plus two emails and still have not got an itemized receipt. I asked to speak to the financial person, but they refused and said going to a meeting, I asked them to contact me when they come out, but they have not bothered, a week later, I'm still waiting. Bank is now investigating and has held the whole sum I have paid back, they never mentioned anything to me about outstanding accounts sum when I paid. They never mentioned anything about ongoing pre-authorization for x-rays to my insurer either, who has had to write back to them again and has advised their claims dept has not responded to any of it. Avoid like the plague, very dodgy.
I am looking forward to sharing my experiences soon.
visited easipetcare dartford on the 19th June2023 with my dog who had a grass seen in her ear, the vet said she would have to be sedated. He told me this would cost £500, When i returned to pick up my dog the bill had gone up to £833 they are a total rip-off
I had a very old Shih Tzu for which I needed some pain relief - the vet showed no compassion or friendliness towards the dog, so when he went to grab an almost blind dog, she snapped so insisted on putting a muzzle on a nose less dog, so tight it was almost in her eyes. Therefore when I had to put her down I did not want this same attitude to my pet, so shopped around to find Easipet cost of £188 was almost £100 more than others in the area. The cost of prescriptions is also more expensive, so Easipet is one of the most expensive not the cheapest as their claim.
Discusting experience with the derby branch, paid for a puppy pack on advance, was advised by the vet himself to book 2nd.jabs within 4 weeks... So we did then to be told were too late they should've been done 2-4 weeks after first lot so now having to retake the whole course of jabs elsewhere, also booked appointments with proof mean nothing... Staff rude and I helpful not sympathetic in any way. Stay clear of you want a healthy pet and not to be ripped off.
I've been customer for 7 years but in last year customer service experience is become dreadful. I've been calling in for 8 consecutive days to get my kittens booked in for vaccinations and all I'm hearing we can't do it now because we are short of staff and I'm trying. When I did come in clinic for vaccinations of my other cats this year I had to wait over 1 hour to be seen and another hour to get cats Flea and worming treatment. And pay. Staff is actually very young and are complaining in too busy hours and bad working conditions appart of fact not being even able to carry forward health check. I would definitely recommend to everyone to stay away from this clinic. I'm definitely will consider myself to go with another vet clinic after last 2 years of very very bad customer service and quality.
Worst vets ever my dogs 59 days pregnant went and explained this to receptionist on the phone who then spoke to someone who I assume is a vet i dont know hes a vet nothing on medication that was prescribed to say he is a vet told me on phone that my medication was ready only to give my pregnant dog drontal which a pregnant dog shouldn't have had while pregnant if her puppies die I will be taking this further as you was told my dog was pregnant if you had have read online you would of seen that pregnant dog shouldn't of had it yes she may of had it before but was not pregnant at the time
Dartford - molly. My mum and dad brought our King Charles in on bank holiday and from the minute they walked in through the door, the staff were amazing! They knew to expect them and it was an emergency. They done everything they could to make our girl as comfortable as possible with a sheep like blanket whilst waiting for the vet, in her last moments, so she wasn’t just on the hard cold table. I can not tell you how grateful me and my parents are to the kind staff and vet during this difficult time. This has made our grieving somewhat easier knowing she was comfortable and content in the best hands. We are truly grateful x
Dog had swelling from an animal bite which burst phoned up got told to bring in immediately got asked if she would bite told them she would be fine if I was there as she would hold but not bite me but unable to say if she would or not be the same with steangers..lady then took dog away came back in a hurry asked to speak to me away from children, said that dog had turned blue and had collapsed and was in need of oxygen and an operation immediately and then proceeded to quiz me if I could pay for the treatment, I am normally composed but at this I questioned if dog was getting oxygen apparently nothing was being administered until I could be given an approx cost and I could cover said costs?? I repeatedly stated just deal with dog....all I got was I need to tell you how much clacking away on the computer...to generate a ball park figure of £350 having already said cost was irrelevant just treat my dog....ended up showing the receptionist my bank balance to prove I could pay....and apparently this was found to be insulting dog got brought back and I was shown the door. .anyone going to Woodley easycare under emergency conditions let alone just normal care beware they do not care about your pet they only care that they are a 'corporation' and you can pay... Ironically took dog to the nearest vet within winnersh pets at home dog was triaged vet was sought saw dog Woodley easycare pets phoned me to get my permission to send medical history over...and dog was treated on the spot..bill paid...however this was gunk coming out of mouth and neck of my dog who collapsed and went blue under their care, who was able to breath normally obviously money is the main priority ....and I do hope the receptionist who looked as shocked and made the promise to put it all in a report and subsequent report is made known to me as I will be removing all my animals from easycare register as of yesterday which is the grand total of 3 dogs and 2 cats...never ever I ever been quizzed about the fact if i can afford to pay for care in any situation let alone an EMERGENCY SITUATION caused by the vet team. I will be waiting for a response and will be taking this further unless reassurances can be made that this was a one off badly handled by vet and practice...I had 2 children with me also who left shocked and upset by the incident...absolutely diabolical. We care for your pet....is a sham
easipetcare were so kind, helpful , empathetic and professional in the way they looked after my dog Poppy when she was very poorly. She was taken care of by an exceptional vet name Slole who helped both Poppy and myself through a very worrying time. A big thank you Stole and to all the staff, they are all AMAZING.
We have a puppy after 50 years of marriage we took our first. We had all of her inoculations done by easipetcare in Chatham, based on stability we decided to take out 365 easipetcare plan. Our pup now 13 weeks old was treated for flea and tick treatment on the 24th February which came from the breeder via easipetcare.....no instructions on the box other than once a month. As her next flea treatment was due on 24th March we ordered online via the easipetcare web site 3 days prior to the 24th. We heard nothing back at all. By coincidence she was booked in on the 24th March for her Kennel Cough treatment, she was weighed etc.still nothing was said about her flea treatment. Today as I had heard nothing at all from easipetcare about the flea treatment, I emailed the branch. They now tell me that I need to take her back in to be weighed, I will need to travel 14 Miles.... Park in a very bad spot further cost JUST BECAUSE NOTHING IS SAID AND NO ACTION TAKEN BY EASIPETCARE CHATHAM. This is not a good use of my time, not a good use of the vet and no good for the environment....I am paying a monthly charge for help with managing my dogs care through 365Easipetcare.....why has this happened and who else has considered 365 Care? BE VERY CAREFUL YOU AND YOUR PET COULD BE LET DOWN!
I havd already left a review on a different platform, but having come across some negative/ one star reviews I feel the need to share how pleased I was during my life with my dog Mimi in the hands of the staff at Easypetcare in Derby. All reception staff are courteous, considerate and clearly love the pets they deal with. I am so sorry for those whose pets experienced , at this surgery, pain or worse, but I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who dealt with me. There are , these days, exceptional pressures on everyone, but I can highly recommend the Derby crew to anyone. Mo
Thank you so much for looking after my puppy the other day staff and vet was amazing I can not thank you all enough great work easypet care Kettering
Been charged £192.96 for a consultation and tablets for a dog. Upon searching the net when I returned home the two tablets I could of purchased for £20.60 but was charged 400% more at £105.30. When I called immediately after to complain there was no one available ALL MONTH as the practise manager is away. Told to email and they would get head office to immediately call to explain. Nothing heard yet, now thats a surprise. HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE LOW COST this is very misleading advertising, when a five minute consulation is £41.66 (£500 per hour) and you have a 400% mark up on the drugs you sell. Looking at many other reviews seems Im not the only one who thinks this is a rip off. I will update once Head Office calls
They are changing what they are selling during the plan. I have decided to a vet after a long comparison. And after I started the plan 2-3 months later they are changing the terms and conditions, And you want to cancel the plan, you need to pay for the service you bought today with a huge amount. I felt like scammed.
Elisabetta is such a lovely and truly caring vet 😊
Friendly, helpful and, above all, professional. Would highly recommend this practice.

Aug 05,2023Avoid east pet care Norbury. Took in my dog as an emergency as she had a grass seed in her paw and we were away from home. The vet who examined her said that she had a heart murmur and they would have to operate to remove under general anaesthetic. Took her back to my usual vet examined her on 2 occasions and said no sign of a heart murmur. Felt they were out only to make money and my dog had unnecessary heavy sedation. Gave me anti- biotic sin a paper bag with no box so tgey crumbled as were made damp by air. Charged me £825 for shoddy work.
