Oct 13,2024When I ordered by phone, I specifically asked if the product was "In Stock" as my computer showed-the young lady confirmed that it was "In Stock". Shipping date was to be around 10/19. A couple days later, I check on the order and find out that shipping date was moved out to 12/9!!!! NOT GOOD and I will cancel when I find another supplier.

Oct 13,2024Excellent web site, easy to navigate and well-designed. I can't believe you folks have restoration items I can't find anywhere else. For instance, a black chrome shifter knob (1969-1981), and a Robert Shaw 180 degree high flow thermostat. These are tough items to find. I am glad I found Eckler's...keep up the good work...

Oct 09,2024I ordered cylinder head studs for a model A ford . I searched , but couldn’t find nuts for them . I gave up looking and contacted Ecklers via chat . I asked for nuts for the cylinder head studs . I was redirected to someone else . Repeat , repeat . The third person I asked sent an invoice for a wheel nut , and lugnuts , and I was disconnected. I really think sales people should know the difference between an engine , and a tire . I have to get cylinder head stud nuts from somewhere else . I even informed the sales tech that I just purchased the stud bolts from Ecklers that day .

Oct 07,2024Got my owner's manual on the delivery date I was given. The only problem I have is that the zone loaction sticker is stuck to the actual cover of the owner's manual. I dont understand why the manual was not placed in a sealed clear bag with the zone location sticker place on the bag itself.

Fist you sent me the wrong part but 2 make it worse you covered it up with the remaining shipping label that the shipping # that matches. I will never order from you again and will worn others not 2 as well...
