Dec 01,2022The sales pic from this company was fantastic, the cost wasn't that bad either. But I suppose when something os to good to be true it normally is. The journey with Elevateom has been difficult, they provided a reasonably good website but it keeps on having issues. Always down, never working as it should. If it was a one off, I wouldn't care, but it keeps happening and the replies from the company are just awful. For example after numerous emails and complaints, I'd get a reply saying, 'sorry to hear you're having issues'. The relationship is totally broken and unfixable. The stress of working with this company has directly affected my health and caused anxiety, making what should be a pleasure able experience in to a knightmare. I wish I'd never worked with them to begin with.

Nov 22,2022Avoid this company, they started as webcreations and now elevatom, they had to change name because of all the bad reviews and now I know why Firstly they took payment from me for work that was expected to take a week to complete, 4 months on and still not completed, was only a small issue with functionality, asked for a refund for the work when got fed up and decided to leave elevatom, they refused to refund uncompleted work, daylight robbery! Worst of all when I left them they sent files which were not working and had virus, you might lose your complete website like I did when you finally leave, which will happen If you want my advice, avoid and look for a better company and save your time and money, this company is only after money and doesn’t care about service
