I love my duvet cover set, and tote bag included with the order was a nice touch. Really happy with my purchase, already eyeing up some of their pouches!

Aug 18,2023I ordered 4 bags for Christmas presents and I am over the moon with them. They are lovely and soft and the stitching on them is so gorgeous! I've asked my boyfriend for one for Christmas for myself! I also got the gift boxes to gift these in and it's such a luxurious present and I know everyone is going to love them!

Jul 21,2023I received a lovely sun goddess purse for my birthday a few months ago which I loved but the velvet has quickly worn off in parts despite my not using it the first few weeks and using it sparingly. When I messaged customer services to tell them about the fabric wearing away so quickly, their answer was basically “we need to talk to the person that bought it” now as this was a gift, it’s not really possible, it would be embarrassing for me and my friend. Really rubbish, “wash their hands of it” attitude.

May 31,2023The colours on the website are very misleading. If you’re expecting to receive something vibrant, be prepared to be disappointed. A set that was ordered which appears pink in photos on the website arrived a much darker colour and really dull. These items were purchased as a gift so unable to return otherwise they would have been going straight back. The gift box on the other hand is beautiful and the only good thing about this shopping experience with ES.

May 12,2023I accidently missed out on the free tote (I didn't add it to the basket to that was my mistake!) But they still offered to rectify this by giving me a code so i could get it with my next order of only £10 so it's not too bad! They got back to me right away and the item I ordered (overnight bag) is gorgeous. Is it pricey? Sure, but it's also something i was willing to spend the money on! Thanks again to the ES team, really appreciate your quick response and helping me with this :) xx

May 04,2023Ordered three items (a wash bag, mini pouch and cosmetic bag), and only received the wash bag, let alone the free tote bag i was gifted for spending a certain amount. Contacted customer service and have had no response. Absolutely shocking and i spent over £80 on this company. Edit: their only response was “sorry your items weren’t how you expected”, that’s not the case, they didn’t even arrive.. I was then asked to fill out a denial of receipt form to then post back to them (at my own cost), which makes no sense at all as the delivery was accepted, just half the items were missing. I’ve honestly never experienced such a bad service shopping online ever. Instead of just accepting their mistake of forgetting to package most the order, they blame the customer. Realistically I’m not going to get a refund, so hopefully the money is invested into slightly more ethical business practices.

Apr 05,2023I will never buy directly from this company again because they provided very poor customer service. Unfortunately they use Evri as their delivery service and I got an email as I was sat at home working saying that my parcel had been delivered safely. It hadn’t! I checked around my property and it wasn’t there so I contacted Elizabeth Scarlett but couldn’t get through to anyone so I left a message. I explained what had happened and they said they couldn’t do anything without a signed declaration but when they sent it it would not allow me to edit. Again I couldn’t get through to speak to anyone so I emailed again and didn’t get a reply for 48 hours. I was told sorry but we can’t do anything without the letter. Thankfully the next day someone posted my order saying they had found it behind their wheelie bin, it was wet through so I had to dry it out on the radiator. The purse I actually bought was lovely but in future I will buy the products from ebay because I received very poor service and would have lost £25 if someone had not posted it through my letterbox.

Mar 22,2023I wrote the review in her website but obviously they don't put it, they just have 5 stars reviews. Totally unhappy with my purchase, the quality is not good for the enormous price I paid, I'm shure you can find something better in Primark. Not a good quality, my inicials embroidered you can't barley see them they are very small, the coulors are not vivid as in the pictures and is ridiculously pricey. I bought it to pamper myself after saving for it buy I was totally disappointed! Never again! I can't return it because it has my initials:(

Mar 16,2023I bought 2 velvet day bags and they are lovely quality. The colours are vivid and the embroidery was beautiful. My order was delivered quickly in 2 days. I also love their support of the endangered animals. I would definitely buy from them again.

Mar 12,2023Took over a month to receive items,it parcel lost, 2nd delivery 2 items missing. Offered 10% and 15% for future purchases. No value to me as I won't be using this company again The quality of items were poor and mot luxurious at all.wish I read the reviews

Feb 26,2023Quite disappointed with the quality of the Alphabet Every Day pouch. The velvet has deep creases. Padding the bag with tissue would have prevented this. Also the nasty bag it came in doesn't make this a quality item - certainly doesn't warrant the £37 I spent on the pouch and cardboard box.

Feb 23,2023Really disappointed. Very misleading ordering service. On the birthday gifts page is a pouch with a letter A on. When you hover over the picture, other letters come up. I placed an order for a K, paid an additional £14 for the letter. Pouch came with an A. I emailed and was advised the pouch only came in an A as the other letters were out of stock and there was a K embroidered at the top. The K was so small I hadn't even noticed it ! plus at a cost of £14 plus very bad quality. They would not accept a return, even though the page is very misleading and clearly shows the pouch comes in all letters on that option stating you can choose a letter. Do not buy from this company, the customer service is shocking and the p&p payable is £5 for a 7 day turnaround ! Very misleading order page.
