Sep 09,2022I have bought many items from this company and love the products and what they stand for but unfortunately their service is shocking! Ordered gifts. Only one of the pouches arrived. Finally got an email back to say there was a packing error and now the second item was no longer in stock, so I could pick something else and they would send it out 24 hour tracked! This was on Monday, it’s now Friday and still no item. I actually found Jade unhelpful and slightly rude.

Aug 09,2022WOW what POOR POOR customer service you offer, firstly correct your website for your free postage, is it over £40 or £50? I tried to cancel an item immediately from my order that I made to cover the postage over £50 to then find out it was free over £40 to receive the following response “I'm really sorry, but once orders are received in our system it's too late to make changes, including cancelling the order or and adding/removing items - our orders are sent directly to our warehouse team to process, so it's impossible for us to pull this out of the pile with the volumes we're receiving. As much as I would have loved to do this for you, due to our high volumes of orders, I'm afraid it wasn't possible this time. My apologies for the inconvenience but should you have any other questions, please do let me know.” You have now posted the whole order and have still not responded to my question that you will cover the return postage cost as you couldn’t be bothered to cancel the item?? Still waiting……….

Aug 02,2022I’m writing to tell everyone how great the pouches are. Why? Because I have bought I think 13 or 14 I’ve lost count. Mostly for French girls and woman. It’s such a different present. My son and family live in France, and have not seen anything so special. Colours, patterns, quality, well made. Better still with initials on. I have missed one woman, and that’s myself, but I will before Christmas. To take away with me to France. The younger ones I’ve bought for all use them in different ways. That’s the beauty of them, versatile. In short, happy customer 💕

Aug 01,2022I absolutely love my turtle bags they are beautifully made in beautiful fabrics and colours. It is something really special to own. Customer service, I would imagine, is excellent - can't comment because it arrived on time, well packed so haven't had to speak to them. And most importantly they help our wonderful animals and sea life. I could write more but it is boring already.

Jul 27,2022I am not one to leave a review EVER! But on this occasion it would be a massive discrepancy not to. I opened my products only 2 minutes ago and I am in love. They are of such great quality and not only this but they did not come with any plastic!! They were delivered in a very smart paper parcel, and then the products themselves in a cotton like sleeve. I am also so so over the moon to see that Elizabeth is not only making a difference to our planet by reducing the amount of plastic we are using, but also by supporting trusts like Blue Marine Foundation and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. I just want to say a massive thank you to Elizabeth and her team. Sophie ☺️☺️

Jun 23,2022Please do not buy off this website!! They took my money on the 8th of June and I am still yet to receive my goods or a response from them as to where my goods are. I have contacted them over 8 times now on email and no one gets back to me. I have also left voice messages. I am now going to have to try and get my money back through PayPal. Although their goods look lovely, their customer service is appalling and no one responds. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jun 23,2022Beautiful laptop case. Arrived quickly and well packaged. The orange velvet is so bright and luxurious and contrasts so well to the detailed Zebra design. If fits my laptop safely and it brings me so much joy to use. The internal slip pocket is really usual for a small charger or headphones. I also appreciate the additional fabric zip pull for ease of you. So happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend.

Jun 02,2022I absolutely adore every product I have ever bought (and there have been a few!) from Elizabeth Scarlett. The items themselves are beautiful, created with an attention to detail second to none but the delight of opening them when they land on my doorstep is just as much part of the overall experience! Call me sad, but it’s like Christmas! Everything comes so gorgeously well packaged and presented that it truly makes the recipient feel that little bit special. Please keep developing new lines - how about a soft and velvety jewellery roll with protected space for holiday jewellery?

May 27,2022I love my pouches, I have a few pouches/small bag/large bag and the weekend bag! I just love the patterns and the velvet feel to all the bags, makes them feel special and luxurious. I love the colours and I have bought some pouches as gifts too! They are so handy to put in bags or just carry, the small bags are great for day to night, they are like a Mary Poppins bag, they hold more than you think! Definitely would recommend.

May 26,2022Awesome products, really useful. I have several patterns of pouches, cosmetic bags and coin purses, (these work great in smaller handbags vs carrying a wallet). Gorgeous fabric, I recommend the velvet vs cotton. Have given as gifts to friends, family and work colleagues.

May 26,2022I love Elizabeth Scarlett products. I have bought loads as presents for friends. I love the attention to detail, the zips are cleverly designed with a easy to hold zipper. The designs of the fabrics are beautiful and all tell a story even helping wildlife.

May 26,2022Elizabeth Scarlett is one of my favourite, if not the favourite brand! There is now such an array of choices and an ever growing choice of stock and options which at first I thought could have been a bad thing but they never fail to disappoint with the designs, quality and overall purchasing experience. The detail is stunning and I always receive compliments on my (many!) purchases. I received a complimentary pouch when I posted on instagram which was a lovely touch and also recently discovered the reward scheme which has to be the best out there with fantastic savings! Delivery is always speedy and well packaged and when myself and a friend did need to contact customer service, it was a pleasant and helpful experience with a discount applied without asking which was a nice touch. The work the company does as well is fantastic and I can see myself forever growing on my collection which includes pouches, eye masks, bag and the rest!

May 26,2022I have ordered many times from Elizabeth Scarlett for myself and for presents. I love their beautiful designs and the pouches are so handy. The recent addition of overnight bags was great. Their cushions are beautiful too. I have never had a problem with any order, everything has always arrived with each item in it's own dust bag and in perfect condition. Delivery is pretty quick as well.

Sep 10,2022Tried discount voucher but did not work. The small print says you cannot use vouchers with any other offer. So flashing up on the web page whilst browsing is a 10% first order discount, I added that at the end but guess what the 10% discount in their eyes is a voucher. Just be careful with this site as it will entice you in with offers then take them away from you. Note if you phone them the call will crash giving you no ability to leave a message or speak to a person!
