The item was received promptly and very pretty. However I ordered rainforest which shows in every photo as very blue and goes well with the birds on it. What I received was most definitely GREEN.

I really wished I had read the reviews first. I ordered two bags for both my Daughter in Laws special birthdays and paid for monogram £14 each. I have never been so disappointed or ripped off in my life. The letter is less than half an inch and cannot be seen easily, cost to them maybe 75p. Never order anything again.

Ordered a gift for my daughters birthday. Received an order confirmation email and then two days later received another email saying that there has been a technical hitch and the item was out of stock. Refund issued but that would taken up to ten days so.not in time to use to buy another gift and a mere 10% discount off my future purchase as an apology, same discount being given to new customers so nothing special there. From reading the reviews it seems this isn't the first time this has happened so I've decided not to use Elizabeth Scarlett again and will look for similar in etsy. These are NOT cheap products and the company needs to get its stock control in order to stop disappointing customers!!!

Ordered on Sunday evening and received delivery on Thursday so it was a very quick turnaround. I bought 4 items altogether as a gift for my sons partner and all I can say is WOW!! 😍😍 I was feeling very disheartened after reading some of these reviews but I needn’t have worried as the products are absolutely stunning and I’m a very fussy person when it comes to gifting, I like to give only the best! This company is now going to be in my top 3 choices when it comes to buying presents for my loved ones

Bought a hot water bottle for my wife & she loves it. It keeps the heat for 12hrs. Tried & tested many hot water bottles over the years, I'm always sceptical & read many rwviews. This is THE BEST. I would defo recommend if you like keeping your toes warm.

Great quality products, I’ve ordered a couple of times and delivery has always been super fast, products are well packaged. I ordered a sale item this time and wasn’t expecting such a fast turnaround on it.

The worst customer service I have received from a company. I ordered an item and ordered it to be personalised. The wrong item was sent. When I queried this with the company I got a very short reply telling me it was myself that had ordered the wrong item, this was despite the fact I had attached my proof of purchase. There was no apology and no further response from the company. I was really disappointed and quite shocked by the blunt and lack of response and lack of any offer of rectifying the problem or refunding my item. I would never recommend this company.

I ordered a washbag and received an email confirmation... a couple of days later I received another email stating my item had been refunded, with no explanation as to why. I got in touch with the customer services and they informed me that they had had a tech glitch and the item was in fact out of stock... no problem, I ordered a different item with a 10% discount they kindly gave me. My annoyance is that the exact same thing happened with the 2nd order with a 4 day delay in informing me, meaning I haven't got time to order something else in time for the birthday it was for. And even if I did, it would probably be out of stock anyway. Very disappointed. Please update your website with items that are in stock.

Website is very unclear and misleading about monogramming items with initials. I have been sent an item with the wrong initial. The company are refusing to refund or exchange stating these items are non returnable. I have had to get my bank to dispute the transaction.

Terrible service. I’ll try and keep this short: I ordered an item as a gift for a friend for Christmas and decided to get a gift box and a small item for me. Didn’t receive any notification that items had been sent, even tho they said they would be *delivered* in 5-7 days. On the 7th day I emailed to check in and they sent me a rude reply saying I was still within the designated delivery slot.. fine, so I waited one more day, still hadn’t arrived so I emailed again. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks but did get a notification that the gift box had been sent, but NOT the gift.. Finally they email to say the thing I ordered ‘never existed’ so now I have a gift box and no gift. Infuriating. I then returned the items via Evri and lo and behold they ‘never received’ these back so now I also haven’t got my refund either. Worst decision ever using this company. DONT DO IT.

Excellent customer service! A company that really does care about its customer’s and their experience. I had difficulties with the website and was unable to purchase a gift tag and forgot to use my welcome discount. After informing them and not asking for or expecting any discount, they replied quickly. Refunded the discount amount and advised they’d get their tech team to sort the issue asap. A really great experience, thanks to the team at Elizabeth Scarlett.

I bought an Everyday Pouch for a friend's birthday and decided to add the gift box for an extra £5. However, the gift box was not protected in the envelope so it arrived with 3 dents in it. The whole purpose of buying a gift box is to present the item nicely so it's a shame that the company didn't make the effort to bubblewrap it inside the thick paper envelope. I can't blame Evri for this when it's the company that didn't package their item properly. EDIT: I emailed them a photo of the damaged box and they promptly processed a refund.

Terrible quality and extremely misleading advertising. They make them look lovely but they are cheap unlined flat bags which I was embarrassed to give as presents. Don’t buy from them. You can get far nicer quality items in local shops for the same price. Any positive review on here is fake. I spent £90 on cheap tat.

I ordered some items for Christmas over three weeks ago and they still haven't arrived (despite Elizabeth Scarlett guaranteeing that they would). Customer service have been extremely unhelpful saying its 'out of their control' and they essentially can't do anything. I was shocked to see so many people on Trustpilot in the same situation as me. It's unacceptable for a company to get you to spend your money, only to then not care if your parcel arrives or not. Avoid this company at all costs! It's not worth the stress and hassle of now trying to pursue a refund when customer service is completely unresponsive.

Disgraceful lack of service. Will not use again. Ordered an item then you cancelled my order and refunded me without an explanation until I pressed you for one. Terrible online shopping experience

Today I had this ‘Thank you’ note from my very fussy daughter: ’Thank you so much for the Elizabeth Scarlett pouch. It’s so beautiful, and wiil be so useful’. I gave her the peacock day pouch, obviously a great success, so it must be 5 *****.

The products I ordered were beautiful and of a very high standard. I ordered 3 Hummingbird items and have been so impressed with the quality. I am really pleased with the level of customer service I received via email. Unfortunately I had quite a few issues with the delivery via Evri so didn’t get the items in time as needed which I was disappointed in. However, Evri’s error wouldn’t prevent me from ordering again. The products I have received are really stunning.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Do not place an order with this company. Total joke. Impossible to resolve anything with their hopeless customer service department. Seriously give this company a miss.

Ordered 3 gifts on 5 December . When they had not arrived by the end of the week I rang and left a message. Customer Services rang me back and said my order would be with me by 14 December as it was 5-7 working days delivery. It is now 19 December and they have not arrived. Evri just say on the tracker that there is a delay but also their tracker states they did not receive my parcel until 12 December, which seems to indicate that Elizabeth Scarlet had not even despatched my order when they rang me back on 9 December. I am now also concerned about the quality of the goods given the earlier reviews.
