TOTAL SHOWER!! Should be renamed PONTIOUS PIOLET POUCHES!! Despite numerous attempts to contact them I’m getting disinterested and Wooly responses from both Instagram & email. And as for leaving a voicemail, forget it! They really couldn’t care less! I cannot reiterate that enough, the whole attitude is one of couldn’t care ….we’ve sent it out, not our problem. Totally washing their hands of any refund or resending an alternative DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
It took a while to receive my 2 bags. I bought the small bee tote and a little zippy bag. Both were in the same gorgeous dark teal colour. The colour and bee embroidery is spot on from the website. Very happy with that. Although the state it arrived in was appalling. It looked like it had been wadded up in the bottom of a box for ages. I expected the tote to be a bit more substantial that it actually is. The whole thing is just....floppy! And the handles feel like they won't last, as they are just this flimsy fabric folded in half and stitched. No interfacing or webbing added inside. To be honest, I'm more impressed with the storage bag both items came in, than the items themselves. The storage bags are better than any Michael Kors, Coach, or Louis Vuitton storage bags I've seen in a long while.
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I purchased. No sign of my orders. They use Evri who are dreadful but charge for tracked Royal Mail. No answer from either Elizabeth Scarlett or Evri. I'm going to report to my bank. Don't use at least until they sort delivery issues. It doesn't matter how lovely the product may be if you can't get it!
Took over a month from ordering for the item to arrive, which I need a week ago so I now have to return at my own cost. Be warn they use Evri but customer service is also less than helpful
I placed an order on 29/11/22. It was a Christmas present for a friend that I was meeting yesterday. It was “shipped” on Sunday 5th December with Evri and not Royal Mail. Evri confirmed they have it but state it is delayed everyday since and no further update since Tuesday. I called Elizabeth Scarlett on Tuesday and they said “oh sorry” can’t give you any further update, don’t know when it will be delivered and that is how it has been left. I will not be ordering from Elizabeth Scarlett again. They charge a huge fee for delivery and this is not acceptable. Evri is having huge problems at the moment so why didn’t Elizabeth Scarlett use DPD who are cheaper and far more reliable. I will be returning the item as and when I receive it.
What is happening with delivery? I ordered 7 days ago and it hasn’t even been processed yet. When you try and track it just takes you to the Shop App where it states ‘order placed’ so no progress since I placed my order. Delivery stayed as 5-7 days. No communication from this company to inform me there is a delay. This is nothing to do with the strikes. This is the fault of this company in accepting orders of which they can’t cope with regarding time frames and customer satisfaction.
I’ve bought from Elizabeth Scarlett multiple times and always loved the products. However, after contacting customer service after an incorrect delivery address auto filled, which I didn’t spot, I won’t be buying anything from them again. I realised this almost immediately after buying, and customer service responded promptly saying they were unable to either change the delivery address or cancel the order so I could reorder with the correct address - despite the fact the items hadn’t shipped yet. I was taken aback that they weren’t able to help at all, especially as my understanding is that consumers always have the right to cancel orders with a certain timeframe.
Not to happy they don’t say they are using Evri it says Royal Mail five to seven days and they charge five pounds I have ordered to coin purses and my mum ordered for me the sun goddess bag for a Christmas present for me 😡 royal mail even with what’s going on are more reliable than evri. It’s misleading if I had known they used evri I wouldn’t have bothered. My order has only just been shipped and it took six days for that won’t bother again!! My mum hasn’t even heard anything and she ordered around same time as me please DON’T USE EVRI you will most likely have to keep refunding people
Still waiting to receive my refund via Klarna eve though I returned the pouch over a month ago!
I have ordered a number of products over the last 8 months for myself and as Christmas presents. Very impressed with quality and uniqueness - they are quite beautiful. I can’t wait to see expressions of family when they open these gifts on the day. From ease of ordering to speed of delivery very satisfied. VERY DISAPPOINTING QUALITY, THEY SAY THEY ARE AN ETHICAL COMPANY HOWEVER THE ITEM IS MADE IN CHINA!!! RECEIVED THE "EVERYDAY POUCH". IT LOOKS VERY PLUSH IN THE ADVERTISEMENT HOWEVER ON RECEIPT IS IS VERY FLAT AND POOR QUALITY, NOT WORTH THE MONEY. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM IS NOT AS SHOWN ON WEBSITE AND DESCRIPTION IS MISLEADING.
I am so impressed with Elizabeth Scarlett and will 100% be purchasing from you in the future (already got a few christmas presents in my head!) The quality of the item I received is amazing, everything is well thought out even down to the dust bag and tag. Delivery was so quick and I was kept informed every step of the way. I love the ethos behind the brand and am so happy I found such a wonderful company!

I placed an order recently for my wife and rather sadly made a mistake. The customer service team went above and beyond to help and have sorted it out. fantastic job & fantastic customer service many thanks!
I was placing an order for 2 gifts as I went through the shop pay process they offer as payment, I changed my mind on a design, I went back out through the process to get to my cart, deleted the unwanted item, then updated my cart with the other design I decided to purchase. Went back through the checkout using shop pay, when it had completed the screen showed the original 2 items, not the revision I had just made. I called Elizabeth Scartlett and got through in 5 minutes from placing the order spoke to Rebecca who told me they can not change my order, no acknowledgement of this system error or that they will look into what cause it. I asked to cancel it, again was told no, I will have to return the item, I will now return both items due to this poor customer service and an error that was not mine! I then had a follow up email saying if I letting them know ASAP they will cancel it, which I replied asking them too, why was I advised I could not cancel it, and if they will look into the error. They have now refunded me, and apologised that I was told it could not be cancelled and that they will look into the error from cart to payment platform. I have ordered from them before and was happy with my item and have ordered presents, so this was my 3rd order with the brand. Just a disappointing experience all around which is shame as it's such a lovely brand.
The ordering pricess was straightforward and delivery was quick. The product itself was nice, but not quite as good as I expected. The quality of the everyday pouch really isn't great. The gift box (£6) was pretty flimsy and there was no nice tissue paper etc. With personalisation, the gift cost £50 and I don't think it was worth that in all honestly.
Sadly, this is my experience before I made a purchase. Firstly I signed up to receive emails, which entitled me to a 10% discount, I put some pouches in my in my basket, it said I was getting a free giraffe bag, how nice I thought. Proceeded to the checkout and there were 2 giraffe bags in my basket, one of them was £12.00, tried to remove it and it wouldn't go. I attempted to put in my discount code that wouldn't work either, sent them an e-mail asking why this was happening, and decided to check again in the morning. No reply, so I called them(I am in UK) said I was calling UK, but had an American dial tone. No reply, then I got a call back. Told I couldn't have the discount because I was getting a bag worth £12.00, said I didn't want a bag, just wanted the discount, got an email back saying that wasn't possible. Got the impression that there is never a chance of the discount, a "free" bag that you don't want is what you get.
Placed first order on 16th September with one of the items being a gift. This is needed for 30th September so I thought I had given myself plenty of time being that it was 2 weeks before I needed it. I contacted Royal Mail as the tracking number hadn’t updated in days & they said they hadn’t received the package. I contacted Elizabeth Scarlett via instagram & had to wait for 5 working days to have passed before they would look into it. 5 days would have been Monday & on Tuesday I received an email saying my order had been placed, they then messaged on instagram to say a new order would be sent out & with 48 hour’s delivery & tracking. This was great I’d still get it for Friday. However it wasn’t actually dispatched until Wednesday & it’s only today (Friday) that it has actually reached Royal Mail so I will now not receive this by Friday. I had sent a message on Instagram last night to ask about the timeline & instagram shows it as seen but I’ve not had a reply. It’s unlikely I will get this until next week now due to Royal Mail strikes (which aren’t the companies fault) I will now have to go to a shop after work to purchase a replacement item for the gift then return the item when I eventually receive the item. I’m not sure if there will be another cost involved to send it back. It’s a shame cause the items are always lovely but this experience has put me off.

Dec 17,2022Sent a Zebra wash bag back due to disappointing quality (it looked really plush on-line). Have now waited nearly 3 weeks for refund, have emailed twice and asked if they have received it back I did track and trace with royal mail. They just reminded me to wait 10 days from them receiving it but still haven't acknowledged if they have received yet !!! Quite convenient for them.In this economic climate they must realise that people don't always have the means to wait on their refunds for weeks. Don't recommend this company and will be contacting PayPal.
