I was very apprehensive about the whole thing but I was reassured every step of the way that everything would be ok. And it was!!! Whenever I had a problem I had no concerns about picking up the phone as I was guided every step of the way. I have now let out my property to a lovely tenant and not paying high street commissions. Judging by the way she operates you think you knew her for a lifetime . If it weren’t for Emi I would have given up on the whole process online because my IT skills are not up to it .

The whole process was led by excellent Emi, who in her charming way got us through to finding Tenant, signing the contract and moving in. I have only a small point that the customer care centre were not too responsive on some occasions. I would recommend Mashroom 👌
