Oct 03,2023I recently had a very bad experience, using a well-known letting agency who were just hopeless and decided to give Mashroom a go. Apart from the process being so much easier than using a traditional letting agency, the cost was significantly lower (about 80% less), you get much more for your money in terms of insurance and protection as a landlord and it’s a far more enjoyable exercise, so long as you don’t mind doing the viewings. Sep 28,2023We had a fantastic experience selling our house with Griffin! Our house sold within a week and it was effortless from start to finish. Griffin were really supportive over the phone and talked us through everything we needed to know and do. Communication was very good. We had a slight problem with the photographer that arrived to take the house photos but Griffin were fantastic about it and swiftly resolved the issue. I would never use a traditional style estate agents again and would absolutely use Griffin to sell a future house. I particularly liked having the option to have direct contact with buyers and found it made things so much simpler and straightforward.

Sep 27,2023Over the past year or so we have moved all of our rental insurances over to Mashroom, Chris has been a great help getting us better prices and better cover. I recently had to make a claim for a burst water supply pipe between the meter and the property and Mashroom have taken care of everything for me, sadly the loss adjuster/underwriters are dragging things out a little, but hopefully a bit more information should loosen their pursestrings a little

From the initial call Tayla you were kind and patient and BRILLIANT. You listened and understood my incompetence and lack of confidence with online stuff. You calmed me down and lead me through the whole process over the week and I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for sorting the inventory SO quickly too. I’m amazed how smoothly this all went. You know your stuff and I hope you are given a bonus or at least a case of Prosecco for your hard work. My new tenant contacted me and exactly 7 days later all checks were done and the inventory and they are moved in. They were also impressed. Everything is carried out online but if you need help Jacob in the office is very approachable by phone or email.
